Oh yes, another one of those kinds of days.

Buenos tardes!! Currently 445pm and Bex is getting Max ready for a short bici ride to Doc Vicky's oficina. His tos is worse today and he yakked up his fruta this morning....always a nice way to wake up madre.

So off to the doctor and the pollo muslo will be ready for them when they return.

As for the rest of the día...a quick bed time and a wacky noche. Not sure what was going on with the lil'man but he needed his Poppa's manos at media noche, 2am y 3am and then needed a new playera at 430am. Yikes.

But we were up for good at 7am and that is a success for us.

Onto videos and then some tranquilo time and due to a nasty hack, I gave him some niño cough syrup along with his fruta.

He did not like his chico platano and that should have been the signal. After another forkful, everything came up. Nice...not really.

On his shirt which ended up in his hair when I took the shirt off, so he needed a shower. Bex was due to wake up in 5 minutos, so Max stood in the turned off shower while I gave his madre a gentle nudge.

She took care of Max, I took care of the clothes and the piso. Ugh.

Maybe it was the meds, maybe it was the banana...who knows?

Some iPad time on the bed and after a while he was up for the bici tour so I geared us up, said hasta pronto to madre and off we went.

Good news is that his appetite returned and he ate all of our Cheerios y pasas!! Off to the campo and then after kicking up a dust storm, we were back at the CP alberca to wash off the bici and then upstairs we went for a complete change of clothes.

While we were out, Bex was at INM and has completed the paperwork for her new tarjeta and checked on the status is mine...come back in 2 weeks. Yikes.

Post leche, The Boys dropped off the recycling and then were off to Che. More cheddar cheese and other then that, no scores. Happy to see they have taped up the glass shards on the broken door!!

As we were getting the groceries bagged up we saw Dr Carillo so we hola hola'd him and were off for the casa. Time to finish the leche, read some libros and have a siesta!!

515pm and the phone just rang....muy raro. You answer phones here by saying "bueno" and it turned out to be Bex. She needed the name of the drug Max is currently taking and then passed the phone to Max to say hola to his Poppa. I get a "hola" followed by 15 seconds of silencio. I ask him "¿como estas?" and he replies "bien bien" and then I ask him where he is and of course the answer is "right here". Hilarious.

Back to the día. A good siesta and Poppa was pooped out from the wacky noche, and also due to the bug I am fighting, so I grabbed 45 minutos of shut eye with the lil'dude.

He wakes up...he wakes his Poppa up!!

I was off to el gimnasio for a lame work out and then popped into Soriana to grab some salchichas for playa Mojon jueves.

The familia cooked up some salmon and then upon my return from Soriana, I found them in the CP alberca. Of course I did!!

Not sure what is up with playa Santa Cruz, but Max has 86'd those plans several times...good thing we are confirmed for having his fiesta at the water slides. Score!!

Bex is in charge of cancelling bouncie castles and the restaurante in Santa Cruz, and has already received the info from the water slides, so we can ensure they have all the food we need for the fiesta.

The cocina at the water slides looks like a kitchen at a camp site, so we need to ensure they have all the food we need as it looks like they have a one day supply on hand and would not be able to cater to us if we did not pre-order. Hola hola to hot dogs y papas for the niños and some antojitos for the adultos!!

Ok...all caught up...the pollo is in the horno...onto the fotos.

I asked Max to get off his bandana...let's see how long that takes and what kind of attitude he gives his Poppa.

It took 2 minutos and 3 requests. Oh Max.

After finally getting the bandana off the piso, Max vents off a little frustration.

But does come back for some attempts at letting his Poppa take some fotos.

Max wanted fotos taken at his arbol, but did not promise me any sonrisas. Oh Max.

But he snuck one in. Gracias mi hijo!!

Flat tire patrol and Max has spotted a comedor economico that looks like it might meet his requirements.

A thorough inspection.

Score!!

Off to check the front llantas.

His inspection completed, off to the campo we go.

I think he has spotted some perro poo.

At the canchas and these hombres walked by and said "good morning" en ingles. They looked like they were high school age, but were already drinking some chelas at 930am. Yikes.

The lil'dust storm hard at work.

After yesterday's water meter debacle, Max has gone "back to the well" to show his Poppa that YES, he can touch a meter. Oh Max.

Here we are back on flat tire patrol.

Ah ha...he has spotted one.

Need a smile on Max's face? Find him a flat tire!!

It makes him so excited, he almost falls off his bici!!

A "muchos gracias" to madre for cleaning Max's boots!!

Ok, you know the rutina...back at you post tina time.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! Well that was a go go go dinner and post dinner time. Wowzers!!

Bex y Max returned from Doc Vicky and we went straight into la cena. Max was not into eating and what he had managed to consume came up (in Bex's outstretched manos) after I gave him some pollo.

For Max, onto some broth. And Bex? She was done eating...no doubt. Me? A little puke doesn't dull my appetite any more.

Opinion of the doctor? He has a cough...duh...and she gave us two more meds for him. He has something to fight the bug, and now he has something for the cough and something for the congestion.

And in a week, we have something to give him to fight what might be a tummy bug. How did the doctor come up with this possibility? We knew Max was leaning out, but he has lost a kilo of weight, 1/17th of his body weight.

On and off he has complained about a sore belly and this might be the reason. But first we rid him of this nasty cough. Not a huge dinner so we are spacing out the meds and hope he has a smooth noche. Stay tuned.

With his broth in hand, Max moved into the cocina while Bex finished cleaning, I cleaned the piso in the Palacio and then jumped on madre's bici and made the rounds gathering up Max's meds. It only took visits to 2 different farmacias...yahoo!!

Home to finish clean up as Max y Bex finished tina time.

Off to leche y libros and now they are onto bed time...buen suerte!!

Ok, you are all caught up. Mañana? Usually miercoles is a Mojon day but Bex has a Skype with a potential client, so we postpone playa Mojon until jueves!!

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
