Muchos grassy-ass for all the well wishes that were sent to both Bexico and myself…and to Max as well.
915pm on Saturday and in 5 minutes we will have been proud parents for a grand total of one day…una día!! Ja ja ja And have slept 5 hours during that period. Lol
Great day…Max is doing super…pretty tranquilo niño. Great at eating, sleeping with us and for short periods of time alone and his bowels definitely work!!! ja ja ja
My parents stayed an extra night in town and thus were able to come to the hospital twice today…great to have a hotel 5 minute walk away. Good to have them around as they watched Bexico y Max and I took a 2 hour power snooze at the hotel before grabbing some Subs for Bexico and I.
And upon my return I was greeted by mi hermano y familia. Max was doing great being passed around and it was a nice visit. Shortly after, mi hermano mayor and her hijo Eric popped by and it was nice to be able to have Karen hold her super cute sobrino (nephew).
Bexico had some nice emails from her family and managed to get a call from her sister as well. Liz will be coming out in late November and sounds pretty excited to see Max!!
Max passed his hearing test…in one ear. The other has fluid in it so we will be taking him to the North shore Health clinic in a few weeks. Sure all is good…just need to confirm it.
Joke of the day? Sorry madre…it is not the “fax” joke.
Bexico was exhausted and was talking in her zzzz about a Starbucks oat bar and a Chai tea latte. When the hearing test lady came in, Bexico woke up and I told her the lady was from Starbucks. Want to see confusion on a face? I love her!!
Ok…short and sweet. We will probably get 3 or 4 hours of sleep tonight, but the clocks go back…does that mean we get more or less sleep?
Nascar at noon tomorrow!!

Looks like we were at La Bocana surf beach and also stopped to look at the Bufadero…the blow hole.
