That’s the look of Max saying “you did what to my….”
All is good!! 7pm and he is fast asleep and has had a very tranquilo day once we got him home.
Advice for new padres out there, padres that are up at 5am for some “snip snip” of their sons? Eat something before you go!!
Por que? Why? Yours truly became light headed and had to sit down, passing the parental duties to Bexico while Dr P did his business. I knew what was happening, managed to switch spots with Bex, and even got a nurse to come in and she gave me some apple juice and a muffin and I was good to go.
I was about t switch back with Bex and Dr P stated he would prefer if I stayed seated!! Ja ja ja Mi padre said he thought the doc was concerned I would fall and hit my head. Me? I think the doc was worried about me falling and him “taking a little off the top”!! Ja ja ja
So at 7am the waiting room was full of parents and their sons and then at 815am the waiting room was full of men not wanting any kids!! They staple your receipt to a brochure advertising Dr P’s other business…snip snip for men.
We had read many reviews that Dr P was the best, but could use some better bedside manners. In the 2 minutes that we dealt with him, he was trying to be pleasant…and even gave us a Starbucks card to thank us for our $450!! Ja ja ja
Follow up on Friday and right now we just need to peek at Max every hour to make sure he is a-ok…and so far he has been.
Funniest part of the day? 645am and we are walking to the medical building and we pass a man setting up his tables outside his coffee shop. With a smile he says “headed to the 11th floor eh?”. Hilarious. I guess he has seen streams of parents walk by his shop for years and knows exactly where they are headed and why!!
Diaper confusion…I think it is intentional. Walmart sells a box of 168 Snuggies for $39.97 and Stupid Store 216 for $44.99. Who comes up with these pack sizes? The better deal is SS at .21 per diaper vs Walmart at .24 per.
Had a nice FaceTime with mis padres as Bexico had some sunny weather and bladed to the store for our veggie run. And other then that…email, web browsing, diaper duty and naps for all!!

Have set up a meet and greet for Max. Too many peeps to see here in Van…and just not enough time before we head back to Mexico. So….sent out the 411 to mis amigos and I hope to see a bunch of them at Romer’s Burger Bar on Monday November 28. We have heard back from a few peeps so it could be a fun time.
Just received an email from mi amiga from the gym in Huatulco. Rosa is no longer there and has moved closer to Mex City where her family is, but we drop the odd email to each other. She was super excited to see fotos of Max and was VERY happy for all of us. A super nice lady!!
