Feliz cumpleaños to mi sobrina (niece) Nicole!! We hope you liked the e-card.

Tranquilo Tuesday…all is good.

Bexico had a toss and turn (well as much as a 9 month pregnant woman can) night of sleep, so we delayed our downtown run and headed in just in time for our midwife appointment.

We have now met all 4 of the m-w that work at the practice. We will be in good hands (or at least niño will be) no matter who is working the shift when Bexico and I head to St Paul’s. But we have decided we will prefer it if some m-w, more then others, are working the Conejito shift!!

News from the midwife appointment? Lo siento…no snowboarding for Bexico this year! I guess all the extra hormones etc, make her bones, joints and ligaments very susceptible to injuries so she needs to do low impact exercise for 6 months.

Harmony chair at Whistler does not lead us to low impact terrain. Doph. But better to be safe so she can get back up on the surfboard sooner then later. We will probably still go for a day or two…my hormones are a-ok!!

Bottle sterilizer? This made the m-w look at us strangely. I guess they are all pro-breast feeding and she thought we were talking about a bottle sterilizer for bottles that we would use day #1. Naaaah…just for down the road. Huge look of relief on her face. Ja ja ja

How is niño? In a good position even though today he was making Bexico’s belly look like it had an alien in it. The exact words from the m-w…”it is not a small baby”!! Ja ja ja.

But the m-w said she thinks it is about an 8 pounder…not a 10 pounder like RJ delivered for her 7th niño!!

So all is good and all we can do is wait. So we went back to the restaurant downstairs and had another great breakfast!!

Tough to workout on a full belly…should have stuck with Bexico and her long walk down Davie, up Denman and then up Robson. Wow.

Back to Stupid Store…less then $100!! A good day indeed. Scored a great deal on mis padres favorite dinner…just need to buy the tartar sauce now!! Ja ja ja

Relaxed for a few hours, ate la cena and then off to a somewhat cheap movie. Not sure $18 or $220 pesos, I cheap compared to the $50 pesos (for 2) we pay back home.

The movie?

Gatos con botas…Puss in Boots!! Hilarious and earned the coveted 6 out of 7 on the Marco y Bexico scale.

Update on mi amigo Ricardo (landlord of G10). Safe and sound in Nogales Arizona and is about to cross the border into Mexico. Great story as he and his brother in law are driving down to Huatulco (on motorcycles) from Portland Oregon, taking a month to see some sites.

We had a m-j call today, just to confirm the route…take the truck crossing and avoid Nogales Mexcio altogether. They will be a-ok.

And that amigos, was our Tuesday. Our Wednesday? Might be haircut miercoles!!

And what were we doing last year? Looks like a great day at Mojon!!

Have a great Wednesday all.

Marco y Bexico
