If you read yesterdays blog update...you know what that foto leads to!! If not, read on and you will find out!!

Buenos tardes from the newly weeded palapa at playa Mojon!!

Currently 405pm and the nube obscura rolled in about 30 minutos ago and the viento has died out as well. Max y madre are in clean up mode and then will go for a bici ride before we head home para la cena and the rest of our PM rutinas.

The dia?

Heard coming out of Max's boca first thing this morning? "Brrrrrruuuuuup...parties over!!" I was a-ok with that because it was 710am!! Score!!!

Follow that with "look, it is almost daylight" and "I like your smooth face" and "I had a loooooong sleep" and "the birdies are saying hola hola to me" and finally "leche y videos please".

Onto videos, tranquilo time and a huge desayunos. Not sure why, but desayunos took almost 90 minutos. Yikes.

Out the door with the bici, but it went into the camioneta verde and we had a quick prowl to the panificadora to grab a telera for my comida.

Back to the CP and into the camioneta verde and Santa Cruz. A quick tour around there and then off to INM to check up on our tarjetas. No line up, no news...check back in diez días. Say that 10 times really fast!!

More wheeling around Santa Cruz, including the docks around the harbour. Home for leche and a change of clothes and onto swim time.

A good swim and Max has some amigos that have moved here from Vegas, and they speak ingles y español...perfect for the lil'man. He enjoys their company and spent the last 10 minutos of swim time doing cannonballs with Christian.

Upstairs for leche y libros and then at media día on the nose...Poppa scooped the lil'man up and headed into the chill room. After 10 minutos of Gilligans and with the sleep cloth over his ojos, madre came in and closed the show. Score!! Wow...who would have thunk that Max would take a noon siesta after a 710am wake up? Not me!!

Almost an hour later, he sprang up and was ready to help us get ready for playa Mojon. Load up and 30 minutos mas o menos later, off we went.

Sunny day until 330pm and high tide with some strong olas...no swimming today. We ate our comida, had some playing on the playa, did some weeding and had a prowl tambien.

And now Max sits next o me on the cooler, eating his galleta and pounding back some leche.

Onto the fotos!!

Max matches the No Parking sign.

And having spotted a perro across from the panificadora, off we went to show this dog Max's latest dance moves, which include the bum shake and cheekie as well. Scroll through them fast and you will see the moves and probably laugh too!!

Parked near the mercado at Santa Cruz and we are all geared up and ready to go.

Find a rampa and you will find Max going on it down hill...full speed.

Tranquilo at 10am.

Just in case...

Max climbed off to check on smoke coming out the back.

Vagabundo gato?

That's right mi hijo...burn off some more energy!!

Hot morning...stinking hot.

Blink and you will miss him.

Ok, time to load up the camioneta verde. Back at you post tina time.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! Wow...what an end to our Mojon trip!! It started to sprinkle as the familia came back from their bici tour and we managed to get loaded up without getting wet.

The lluvia started coming down as we headed up the 2km dirt road to the highway, and then it started getting heavier.

And then the lightning and thunder storm started and we were headed right towards it. We saw lots of lightning over the montañas and as we crossed the puente de Copalita, the bridge, we stopped to observe a few huge strikes. Some of the thunder was so loud and strong, we could feel the camioneta verde move!!

We took a turn towards Huatulco and right into the torrential downpour and more lightning and thunder...what a show!!

We arrived home during what seemed like a 1 minute lull in the downpour and managed to get Max and our goods unloaded and under cover.

I parked the truck and as I was 10 seconds from the landing, the torrential rain came down...and waaaaay more lightning and thunder.

Good news...the roof repair job seems to be doing it's job...no drips yet.

Clean up, thanks madre, cook up and then dinner time. Max has never before been scared of the lightning and thunder, but during dinner he told us he did not like the noise and needed a few hugs.

Dinner, more clean up, tina time, libros y leche and the musica is starting up again!!

And that has been our día. I do have a few playa Mojon fotos though!!

Max y madre headed out for a prowl...it did not last long. Note Max is carrying his own Crocs.

Note madre is now carrying Max's Crocs.

And note madre is now also carrying Max's newly discovered coco!!

But she does not seem to mind!!

Why hello Poppa.

Doph...dos pies izquierda!!

Some pretty strong olas today.

And all the blue sky was adios.

Doph...getting the sand washed out of the ojos.

Misc

I saw THIS funny video online and thought I would share. FYI...the "f" word is used a few times.

Ok, off to close the show. Have a great jueves y hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
