Ahhhh yes. Get the lil'man outta the casa and he is one muy feliz niño!!

Buenos tardes and welcome to race domingo!! Currently 150pm and with the Gorilla Cheese in my belly, time to sit on the banco and watch some racing. And when the race is over? Hola hola to the Seahawks vs the Broncos...some NFL domingo!!

A pretty good noche after madre got the lil'man to sleep...phew. 620am wake up and videos at 645am and then onto tranquilo time.

And how's this for some heart warming fun at 730am? Max grabs a libro and is soooo excited to have his Poppa read it to him. He puts it on the banco and pats the cushion and says "Poppa, sit here".

We read the book together and then when we were done, he says "thank you" followed by "you are my best friend...I love you" and then gives my leg a huge hug.

Great way to start the rutinas!!

As for the rest of the morning pre-tour? Trying...that is a good word, trying. Lil'man has little patience and is working on it. He saw Caillou has patience, so he understands it, but is struggling to practice it.

Por ejemplo, for example, as Poppa is busy cleaning up all the spilt leche, Max is busy asking his padre for more jugo and if he can start cooking his huevo. Patience mi hijo, patience.

So Poppa was busy practicing patience and the longest 15 minutos in my day is when we finish desayunos and manage to get out the door for our prowl o tour.

It is a wacky, trying 15 minutos, but as soon as he grabs my mano and we head down the stairs, the intensity level drops and he becomes waaaaay more enjoyable to be with.

We have had a sunny morning so it was bici tour time and the plan was to go and look for some truck cleaning productos as the weather and elements here are giving the truck a beating.

We took the long way to Soriana, stopping in at 12 de agosto, a car parts store called August 12. Nothing for us there, but whoa it was hot in there.

Off to Soriana and Max was given a globo as we entered and that kept him busy as we found what we needed and headed out.

But with Max on the bici, there was no room for the globo, so I gave it to a niño who was with his padre.

Max's ojos went big and he was about to get off his bici, but after explaining why it was given away and reminding him we have some at home if he needs one, he was a-ok and off we went.

We hustled home and managed to arrive at 11am. Off to leche y libros and then at 1130am Poppa scooped him up for 10 minutos of rocking. Madre came in and closed the show and 10 minutos later...lights out for almost 80 minutos.

And as I type away, he is laying in bed watching some iPad with Pudge.

The familia is off to playa Entrega, at Max's request. he really knows what he likes and wants and is not shy about vocalizing it.

But, we are thrilled with the amount of por favors, pleases and gracias he does say to not only his padres, but to peeps he sees out and about. A polite niño...score!!

Off to the fotos before I melt into the banco, couch.

Some pre-tour poses at the CP alberca.

Hmmm? Am I wearing ginchies o panale? I better make sure I know!!

Panale.

A reflective moment for the lil'man.

He makes me smile when he says "it can be tough to be a little guy" and has now recently added "it can be tough to be Poppa too".

A new directive...wait for Poppa at the top of this rampa. All because he would bomb down the sidewalk, make the sharp left turn and bomb down the rampa. Just too many opportunities for issues, so now he waits at the top.

Stopping to admire his shadow.

Spontaneous laughter.

Ok, off to a tranquilo afternoon. See you post tina time.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! Phew it was a warm afternoon.

Not hating, just stating. Ok...I am hating the humido. I am a-ok with the temperatures in the 30's...but the 70-88% humido has got to go!! One more month and it will...phew.

Bex y Max returned from a fun time at playa Entrega...they spotted some fishes while using the gafas in del mar!! But they did not find El Faro, the lighthouse, and that seems to have been on Max's mind a lot this afternoon.

Not to worry...we will go back there soon!!

As for the race...a great race and I am liking the new knock-out format used to crown the champion!!

Burger domingo with some lattice cut french fries. Max ate half of his burger patty as well as some arroz, jitomate and some pollo snacks. Hungry niño.

A FT con Oma y Opa, some dessert, hola hola to PSY y Snoop Perro and then after clean up we were off for a nice bici tour.

Home for tina time, leche y libros and in 17 minutos Bubba needs to go in and see if he can get Max to fall asleep quicker then yesterday's 55 minutos. Please oh please!!

Misc

So last Thursday I called TD Bank about my missing $500 and they could not reach the lady who was  in charge of my case. Mysteriously, the money reappeared in my account on Friday. Hmmmmm?

That's all for today...hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
