Howdy all!!

Wednesday night here in Huatulco. No pelicula for us as Bexico has a ton of work to do and when the work is available, it takes priority.

First things first....mucho siento to Ryan from Uncle Bubba. The boy is growing soooo fast, I mistakenly thought this foto was of his hermano, Jackson.

No Stanley Cup, but congrats to Ryan Kesler, Daniel Sedin y Mike Gillis for the awards they won today.

Our day was a great day…lots of sun, some great pool time and great work outs for both Bexico and myself.

I woke up this morning and was reading the Toronto Star and saw this foto.

Brought back a ton of memories...and then I had breakfast, went to the gym and then floated the afternoon away in the pool. ja ja ja Tough call...4 or 5 emails a day vs 100.

Our day started refereeing a stare down between Gato Negro and this new gato that has seemed to come on the complex.

It did not last long.

After it was all said and done, Gato Negro y Blanco spent the day lazing around the complex. I wish I had that kind of time on my hands!! Ja ja ja

Finally got our garrafon de agua…actually worked well as a wake up alarm!! Ja ja ja

Off to the gym under sunny skies and had a great workout. The place became deserted and as I rode the bici, Rosa came upstairs and rode a bici next to me. We had a great 30 minute chat and a few good laughs as well.

She is looking forward to seeing me bring níno into the gym as I work out and give Bexico time for her work out at the condo!!

Despues de gimnasio, it was a walk through town and a catch up with Daniel. He was pooped from his game of rapido, but we had a nice chat. The big news from the joyeria is that Sergio has had his segundo nína…daughter. Felicidades!!

Came home and we had some alberca time…solo!! Nice to have the pool to ourselves!!

Off to Che as Bexcio went back to work…first stopped off at Telmex to pay our bill. $1000 pesos/month for an average 3mbps…someone is getting rich!! And we are supposed to have the “best” overall plan available…but we were charged for calling a cell phone? Ja ja ja
Tiempo para la cena…pizza miercoles!!

Wow…good za!!

Bexico about to go back to her oficina and I am am finishing the update.

Elder was thrilled with the two fotos…seemed intrigued how we put the flames on the 2nd picture!!

Just a few minutes down the street from Elder’s, I came across this hombre.

I have seen him before…once a month or so he cuts this lawn (approx 3m x 10m)…by hand. And I don’t mean with a manual lawn mower, I mean with his bare hands and a machete to remove the weeds. Not sure why….

And watching the old hombre cut the grass…

What history here…machete and all.

I met a new amigo last week. He works at this spot in mechanic’s alley.

Raphael speaks some ingles, but originally came across the street to see why the gringo (me) was talking with Daniel the Fonatur hombre. So now I have otra option as to where to bring the camioneta when it needs service.

Not sure what to call this hombre.

Other then hombre muy trabajador…hard working man.

This scenario does not look good.

Yup…tamarindo.

Nice parking. The driver was gone for 10 minutes.

Where are the tamarindos when you need them?

We thought if this senorita can do it, so should Bexico.

We have her in training…stay tuned!! Ja ja ja

As for the lluvia we had…

That is one grande bache…pothole!!

And compliments of Betto y Daniel.

A foto taken during the storm, from in front of the joyeria…look at that water!!

Talking about water...here is un perro sediento (thirsty…pronounced se- thiento).

Not sure what tipo de fruta this is. Squash? Will check with Daniel and get back to you.

Remember the Jackfruit? They call it a Yaca here.

Our mañana? No sé...don't know. Other then gym, pool and work (for Bexico), nothing else planned...except lomo cerdo jueves!! Yummy.

Last but not least, for the first time in the blog...a video. This is again compliments of Betto and Daniel, and it really shows how much lluvia fell during the storms.

Hasta mañana amigos!!
