Buenos noches.
Keep reading….tons of
fotos to follow!!
A crazy day that started
with our late night. Max needed some TLC after he went to sleep. Madre was
round #1, Bubba was round #2 and Bexico went in for round #3 while padre
started cooking some rib eyes…at 9pm. Doph.
Max fell asleep
eventually, the steaks were NOT over done and of course madre and I were up
late reviewing the Mojon plans etc.
But time waits for no one
and at 6am (huh?) Max was up.
Bex was a star and took
the early shift, which included a walk to the campo. She could not believe how
hot it was porque no viento…no breeze at all!!
And wonder why padre comes
home soaking wet every morning? Lol
I took over upon the
return and the lil’anti-napster took almost 30 minutes to fall asleep, and stay
asleep. Huh?
After nap we chez lounged,
did some humping (Max not me) and the next thing you know, it is time to eat
again.
Max had already had his
solids, so it was leche time and that means time to wake up madre. Lo siento
madre, but she has NEVER complained!!
I ended up hitting the
gym…at 2pm. Yikes…am I nuts? Hector was there, having recovered from his
cumpleaños. Based on what he told me, it was a good thing I left when I
did…tons of tequila and cervezas!!
Even he thinks it is too
hot and told me he sleeps on the roof in his hamaca.
Short workout and on the
way home, a quick stroll through the automotive section of town. Could not find
the octane booster...might have to head to Pemex mañana.
Max y madre were finishing
up some “personal” time and then it was nap time. I did a little work and once
the meatballs para la cena were prepped, we were off to our alberca privada!!
A good session and then it
was upstairs to start the pre-dinner rutina.
Currently 8pm and Max y
madre are filling up his tanque and then knock on wood…he will be asleep. Stay
tuned.
Mojon update…we have
postponed our meeting so Roman can have some more time to gather ALL the
numbers and present them to us.
Why is that so important? More
then the obvious, building here is a cash only business and the current plans
(pool included) are at our maximum budget.
Obviously renting a beach
front condo is the business plan and it will not take many rentals to pay off
the condo let alone give us a great monthly income.
That and with Bex working
the same levels as she does now, all will be good. And of course the cost of
living here makes it so much more affordable…especially if you have been on the
Freedom 45 plan (courtesy y gracias MS)!!
But, better to have all
the facts before making the plunge, so we are doing the due diligence. I can
tell you, we are very excited!! The thought of the pool, or having our la cena
while watching the oceano…aaaaah. Stay tuned!!
The promised fotos?
More colored thread at an otra textile shop.
The bombero's jackets.
Even I know what this sign says. Some other peeps? So maleducado!!
This sign is located above Los Gallos.
I have no idea what it means, but have sent it to Daniel to see if he does. Stay tuned.
Playeras y playeras mas!!
I love this volcho...VW Bug.
School's out!!
This is a new yield sign (on the other side smart a**). Good to see the reuse of the old signs!!
Bar Las Garzas is across the street from CP. There is a senora, a larger senora, who sits outside and keeps an ojo on things. I have NEVER seen her smile.
Today she was sitting on her balcony...and it was lunch time. Enough said...look at the fotos.
Enough about large and unsmiling senoras. We move onto fotos of Max the future Cirque de Soleil performer. Or maybe a contortionist?
And from there we move onto more fotos from the Max in the Bumbo series.
Van, Max Van...aka Mini Van!!
Mañana…don’t say a word!!!
The FM3. Doph.
Have a great jueves.
Marco, Bexico y Max
