Buenos noches.
A long day and it is now
late. Everyone is great…a little tired and/or sleeping, but feeling great.
Had a good day…the second best
part was the meeting with Roman re Mojon. The team worked hard on the plans and
now it will be up to Roman and myself to come up with the overall total costs
of the build, as the building cost is only 50% or so.
Tons of paperwork costs
and such, so we need to know the complete bottom line before we decide how much
we are willing to spend, thus how much of the casa actually gets built.
So that is next on the
list….stay tuned.

I just ran out of time today…not sure how that happened!! Ja ja ja
And of course the best
part of the day was the time with the lil’grinner. Today he was smiling up a
storm and giving us an “I am proud of myself” look whenever he accomplished
something. What a character.

abuelos managed to have a Skype with Bex y Max and lo siento that there are no
fotos today. Mañana!!
Off to hit the hay as I am
sure the lil’squealer will be up early again.
