Looking toight Max Van...looking toight!!

Buenos noches!! We are alive!! We survived the trip to playa Mojon and are happy to report that even though all the sand is gone again, and the olas were coming pretty much right up to shore, they were smaller.

Max did NOT like the playa today and every time an olas came rolling in, he ran back a few meters...into his madre's arms. I managed to take him for a walk down the playa and explained that if we stayed on the dry rocks, we had nothing to worry about as the water was not coming up there.

It worked and we had a fun walk before max y Bex bici'd to Romans and I finished loading up and followed them there in the camioneta verde.

After some oh so yummy Gorilla cheese sandwiches and some hot dog chasers, I was pretty stuffed, but managed to join in on the alberca fun and chat up Roman before Max and I took off to the other half of the alberca for some tickle torture!!

We loaded up and headed home and with Max watching Word World on the iPad, Bex y Bubba whipped through clean up and cooked the Bubba burgers at the same time and we were seated for dinner at 540pm!!

Good eats, a quick FT con Opa and then onto clean up. Bex is a bit under the weather, so she stayed home to re-energize her batteries and the boys had a oh so fun bici tour. Hola hola to pan de plátano at the panificadora. Dos piezas por favor!!

Off to the escuela to eat one of them and then onto the zocalo for a rip around the kiosko and then home for tina time and now bed time.

How was bed time last night, anoche? Good!! Lil'man was asleep 25 minutos after The Niño Whisperer took over...score!!

We had a few wake ups during the noche, including one for the temblor, tremor. No crisis and Max went back to sleep...until 535am Yikes.

But he stayed in his cuna until 615am and then after the beep beep beep, it was video time. Into the Palacio at 715am and then onto tranquilo time. And what did I hear coming out of the oh so chatty one's boca this morning?

"buenos noches Poppa", "say cheese", "ok, ok, ok" and then after taking the pillow off the banco and sticking his legs in the open end of the pillow case, I heard "I am super hero Max". Welcome to my morning!!

Onto the huge desayunos and then off for the oh so fun and hot bici tour. Home by 1015am and that gave us 30 minutos in the CP alberca!! And someone knew we were going to be there and came down to join in the fun. Hola hola momma Bex...as Max sometimes calls his madre.

Upstairs for the libros and leche and after a 80 minuto siesta it was time to pack up and head out to playa Mojon. And that mis amigos, was our día.

So...onto the fotos!!

Every morning Max makes sure he stops and points out the dog print in the concreto.

And he sure gets excited about it!!

Every time we wheel down this calle, Max races ahead of me/us and we hide in the doorway behind Max in the foto. Today there was a Coke truck parked on the calle, so I hid behind it and when Max came back looking for me, as he always does, he looked into the doorway and did not see me.

And then he found me.

Found down a dead end and gated alley. Count the gatitos.

There is always time for peek-a-boo!!

We wheeled into the CP alberca area.

And after a quick change, we were ready to go.

Kow a bunga!!

From ayer, Bubba spotted these 2 sketchy characters leaving the CP grounds.

Max's new dump truck...which due to the lack of wheel movement in the playa, has become a bath toy. Oh Bubba!!

And a few more fotos from the crappy Sony DSC W730...the new dump truck is now a moving Van? Get it? Max Van...moving Van? Ja ja ja

The lower patio at the Cluuuub on playa Chahue has a 2.5 meter tall retaining wall. Based on all the sand and water, it looks like the olas have been at least 2.6 meters tall!!

Oh those niños and their cell phones.

But we know who he is calling...his Oma!!

Leftovers from our last trip to playa Mojon...taken by the co-pilot. Good eye madre!!

Hey...we had a great bed time. After some tears, Max's not Bex's, Max settled down and only needed 25 minutos with his padre, before he was lights out in his cuna. Score!!

Settled down to finish this update off and then watch some tele...and it is hot!!

Oh yes...29,0 feeling like 40, 0 grados!! Yikes.

Ok...time for the 2nd piece of banana bread...hee hee hee. Mañana...some playa Mojon fotos.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
