What puts an expression like that on Max's face? You will have to keep reading to find out.

Buenos tardes. A super hot día and at 4pm, I am chilling in front of a ventilador and the familia is out and about. Their first stop is the jungla and then they are meeting all the amigas at Tic Toc, previously known as Rosario's Palacio.

They will be home at 530pm, right on schedule for  la cena.

The día? Well, Max is feeling much better, not 100% yet but still a lot better. He had a great start to the noche, asleep in Bex's arms and into the cuna 5 minutos after I came into his recamara, bedroom.

But by 9pm he had already sat up and needed some coaxing to go back to sleep. And then at 1030pm, with the room set at a chilly 27,0 grados, Max sat up and both his playera and cuna sheets were soaking wet.

Time for a pit stop and after a change, Max was back asleep. He also received a shot of niño Tylenol and after another 30 minutos of restlessness, Max was lights out!!

I recall a 520am wake up and due to the fact it was waaaaaay too early for leche, I reminded Max of that, and after some more manos, we slept in until 635am. Score!!

Onto the morning....videos and tranquilo time, and then it went a little wacky. Max had already had a bottle of leche and wanted more. I was a little apprehensive due to the sore belly he had ayer and the fact that the bottles were being cleaned.

I offered him a little in a ciup and he wanted it in his bottles. The next thing I know, there is a full blown breakdown, the lil'man is sobbing and blubbering  "I love leche" and "I love leche in bottles".

It took some chatting and abrazos, but he calmed down and as soon as he was on his banco, ready to eat his desayunos, all was well and the leche was forgotten. Wacky.

We move on. Not the biggest desayunos and I was not pushing it as I did not want a replay of yesterday...yak yak yak!!

But the good news is that Bex tells me that he had a good comida, lunch.

After breakfast, we geared up and took Max's bici out to the campo and then onto Poopie Loopie for some pollo. Dropped the pollo y bici off at the casa, and into the alberca we went!!

A great swim and Max is now collecting 3 spoons from under water and is even just swimming under water for the enjoyment of it. Some fotos to follow.

Upstairs for leche y libros and another siesta. Due to the 635am wake up, he was asleep at 1145am or so and ended up having another 70 minuto sleep. I am hoping that will help him esta noche and that we have another quick bed time. Check back mañana.

Post siesta, Bex y Max cooked up some pollo, burnt one finger each (again?), ate their comida and then headed out on Bex's bici.

I had a sweltering hot session at el gimnasio, came home to say hola hola to the familia as they were on their way out, did some clean up and ta-da...here we are.

So...onto the fotos.

The hombre that rides this moto, is very friendly, but scares the crap out of Max. That and the moto is very loud...sending Max scurrying to his Poppa when he hears it start up.

But with no one around, muy valiente Max gives the moto a touch.

Wait a minuto...someone has spotted his madre in the window.

That is one high powered beso!!

On the way to the campo, you ride down a sidewalk next to the canal. Max spotted an hombre working in the canal and made sure I saw him too.

Sombra and just about time for an agua pit stop.

Having spotted some satellite dishes, Max gets emotional about them.

Lots of baches, pot holes, in the calles and a zocalo that could use a good pressure washing...but instead we have this new grandstand that over looks the dustiest campo I have ever seen.

Now THIS is what made Max give you the expressions at the top of the blog. Hola hola to pica pica.

But knowing how to touch a cactus, Max show off the confident look of a mission successfully completed.

Max loves rampas and REALLY wanted to ride down this one. Yikes. Good thing we were low on time and when I told him we were late for swimming, he threw the bici in gear and we were outta there!!

Onto the albera at the CP.

These next fotos were taken with a Kodak (are they still around?) disposable camera. Great to get the shots...muy caro for the camera and developing. Check out that red hair!!

A different day and it looks like Marcos needs to add a few more chemicos to the agua!! Here Max is grabbing his spoon before heading up for air.

It is really neat to watch him underwater as he now wants to put his feet on the pool piso, floor, and push himself up. He also likes to spread the cutlery around and then see if he can grab all 3 before running out of aire.

Gracias to madre for scanning the fotos!!

Ok, off to cook la cena and also try to figure out why my iPod has all of a sudden stopped working. Yikes.

I will see you all after the bici tour and tina time is over.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! Happy to report it is a little bit cooler tonight...only 29,0 feeling like 41,0. The big difference is that we actually have a breeze. Score!!

We had a great dinner, cleaned up and then as we were headed out the door for the bici tour, Max decided to open the door...a no no here. I had a chat with him and he gave his Poppa the "death stare" as I explained that if it happened again, a time out would be in order.

A fun bici tour and then as we are headed up the stairs to the 3rd floor landing, Max is racing and I asked him to slow down so he does not fall...like he has almost done on numerous occasions.

He keeps going so I grab his playera and got not only another "death stare" but some tears as well. I think the phrase was "Poppa no grab shirt". He must be tired as he did not want to listen to the reason his shirt was grabbed.

Tina time, and then some more tears when he jumped on the bed, another no no after more then one tumble off the bed, and now at 740pm, it is almost time for me to go in and close the show.

The lil'man is one emotional fella today...yikes.

Ok, that was our día and mañana we are back to Che martes and the rest of our usual Tuesday rutinas.

I have been reading about THIS happening in Canada and the US...really? The least I could do is share the video.

Have a great martes y hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
