More later about our time at the playa.
So, other then a quick pit
stop from the Niño Whisperer and 2 tank refills during the night, the
lil’hombre slept from 8pm until 7am!! Yippee for all involved!!
Currently 810pm and we are
at it again…fingers crossed!!
A great day…again.
Very quick recap…
Managed to feed the
lil’machine…the leche y platanos sure do help. And due to eating quiet early
and fast, we managed our walk before the first nap.
The first nap was not a
chest nap…it was a “fall asleep on the boob and roll off onto the bed” nap.
Good for both participants and that left me to straighten up the house and then
get ready for the gym.
And off I went. I did see
Tony and his padre getting some work done at a machine shop, so I stopped to
say hola and Tony invited me out on the launcha…6am proximo domingo. Three
hombres and myself are going fishing. Stay tuned.
Great workout and say
Mirna for the first time in a long time. She loved the fotos of Max and
actually thanks me for showing them to her.
Sunny day so headed home
and we all loaded up and headed to playa Santa Cruz.
Now, I am not sure how
many of you have taken a 7 mes old niño to the playa…but a kid with lotion and
then rolling in the arena…sand. Doph.
But he loved the quiet
oceano and still became a bit nervioso with the olas while sitting on the playa.
Close to home, but wow was
it a lot of work. Thinking it will be so much easier when we are at Mojon!!
A short stay and then we
headed home with a pit stop to grab some pollo para la cena.
Bex took Max to the pool
solo as I had to head out to meet Randy y David regarding the quote we were
given for our casas.
A good meeting and it
cleared up some questions I had. Now I have some work to ensure we are
comparing manzanas to manzanas and proceed from there.
I have not heard from
Roman this week, will send out an email and see where we are at. Stay tuned.
Home, but missed the pool
window…doph. Mañana!! But I was there in time to start the rutina and it
included the yummy pollo and a super well behaved Max while we did our dining.
Foto albums.
On our walk.
Not sure about having Yamaha service any bike I own.
The zocalo.
This comedor opened about 3 months ago.
Here it is hoy, cerrado y for rent.
Some peeps sure have good money to waste.
And the Max in the Play Palace album.
From the walk to el gimnasio.
When you see the pile of what looks like recycled asphalt, you know it is bache repair time.
Staff meeting prior to the shift.
Everyone grabbed their package of shoe boxes.
And under the sun and in 40,0 grado heat, they headed out to try and sell their shoes and boots and make a small living.
Playa Santa Cruz.
Yummy...SPF 50
Tranquilo oceano y olas...perfect for Max y madre.
Dos tiburón?
Naah, just the ocean loving Max y madre.
Mañana…putter around and
get some odds and ends done.
Have a great jueves.
Marco, Bexico y Max
