Hiding behind a banco in the zocalo...as we waited and waited and waited and waited....
Buenos tardes!! Currently another hot y humido afternoon here in Huatulco. How hot y humido?
Oh yeah.
So, what up with the first foto? It has been a trying baño day for Bubba. We had 3 or 4 attempts this morning while we were in the condo, and then half way through our walk, Max starts flapping his wings like a gallo stuck in a leg trap.
He does not want me to check, does not want to ride his bici, does not want to do anything but hide behind the banco.
We finally walk home and dumb padre should have insisted he check...there was no biz. All those theatrics for nada.
Off to the pool and the dance continued. I checked and had to convince the lil'man he was not packing before he would get into the pool. More dancing in the pool and then after we we were done...and yes, thank goodness we had the panale on during swim time. Oooooooh...that would not have been good.
So...Poppa has had it up to about....here...with baño training!! But, he is just a lil'dude and I will refocus my patience. He is pretty astute, but I don't think I am showing him my impatience...but I will need to keep it in check or else he will feel about about not going poo. Who wants that?
But we do have some good news. With his madre, Max calmly told her he had biz and sat on the baño and ta da. He earned 2 treats and a star on his poo tracking chart. Seven stars and he will get a new toy. So...a successful session...can we please do this mañana a la mañana? Por favor?
As for the rest of the día...a good bed time, a 10pm pee break and then manos at 540am and asleep in the cuna until...7am!! Call Doc Carillo!!
Wow...I was super rested...best sleep I have had in ages!! Score!!
Some videos, tranquilo time, trips to the baño, desayunos, trips to the baño, and then onto the bici tour/poo dance/walk/carry bici home journey.
We stayed home from 1030am-11am...no baño luck. Due to the 7am wake up, we were not worried about a later swim and we headed upstairs at 1130am. Libros y leche and asleep by 1230pm or so and then awake an hour later.
Everyone's health seems to be almost all better, I would say Max is 99%, Bex 99% and Bubba at 90%. So post siesta that meant I was off to el gimnasio for the first time in almost a week.
A good session...friggin hot...and I took it pretty easy so I don't pull muscles or set my cough back.
Home to find the familia back in the CP alberca!!
After waking up from the siesta, Max y madre did a quick trip to Poopie Loopie and then home for comida and then off for a swim.
And at 445pm, they are on a bici tour of the centro and will be home in 45 minutos para la cena...pollo muslo!!
So, before I get cooking the pollo, onto the fotos. Warning....due to the wacky morning, limited fotos.

Us Canadians were wearing shorts and dry fit playeras and were sweating profusely. This Mexicanos were not.
They were making their way up and down every calle in town, playing the same tune (I think) over and over and then hitting up everybody and business for a propina. Max had done a lil'jig to their tune and it cost us a $10 peso tip.

The familia returned home at 5pm...stinking hot and Max telling us his legs did not feel well. Probably some cramping due to the heat and the bici riding, so Bex plopped him onto the bed, gave him some more Max jugo, leche, and gave him a nice spa treatment. Massage y time to clip the fastest growing toe nails I have ever seen.
During their tour they stopped off and grabbed some more epsom salts, so hola hola to a great tina time!!
Onto dinner at 530pm, clean up and then due to it being soooo hot...we had dessert on the road. Off for a quick prowl and we grabbed some frozen yogurts from a little tienda owned and operated by some Italinas we met when we first moved here.
We made it home some what mess free...ya right. Tina time, leche y libros and the musica will be starting soon.
Mañana...hola hola to Soriana viernes!! And one of Bex's amigas is returning from the States and is bringing us some ink for the computer printer!! Time to print off everything we need for Max's pasaporte and for our new INM tarjetas! Oh...a fun filled weekend ahead!!
