Buenos tardes from Señor Spirited. Wow...was he ever spirited today!!

Buenos tardes. Currently 3pm on a cloudy domingo and with the race red flagged due to a big crash and the familia out on madre's bici, I type away.

What a morning...and that is with only one niño. All of you with more then one? You are nuts!!

Naaaaah...it wasn't that bad, but when you have gripe and are not 100%, then it becomes trying. The lil'man is just being a lil'man and is seeing what button he can push and how far he can take things. The biggest pain in the butt? When you know he is listening and you say something to him...and he does not answer you. Argh!!

But...we had a good noche with madre on Max watch. The usual 11pm baño pit stop and then awake at 630am...score.

The lil'man woke his Poppa up at 7am and then Bex grabbed some more shut eye while the boys started their day.

The usual rutinas...tranquilo time, desayunos and then onto a long tour. Hola hola to some pan frances and the tour took us to CFE where we paid our electric bill from the past 2 meses. Ouch...$5300 pesos, mainly due to the humido noches and the fact we need the a/c on in Max's room.

If we hadn't lost the subsidy, we would have seen a $3500 peso bill. Darn smokers.

And due to the heat and the fact that Max was not coughing much, we had a post-tour swim con madre!!

A good swim and Max practiced saying "hola amigo" to some amigos in the alberca. Every now and then he still says "hola amiga" to niños, but they appreciate that he is at least trying to speak español.

Wow...the red flag lasted almost 90 minutos...and since the crash, the nube obscura have moved into La Crucecita. Looks like lluvia...stay tuned. (740pm update...no rain today)

Back to the day. Leche, libros, a 60 minuto siesta and then onto comida for everyone and then it was race time.

Limited baño success for the lil'man...you are tired of reading about it and I am tired of living it!! Ja ja ja

But it cannot be any fun for the lil'man...probably pretty stressful, so we are trying our best to keep it tranquilo for the lil'man.

The health of the familia? Bex is almost 100%...mas energía but still has a frog in her throat. Max had the good sleep and has the odd cough and still has the runny nose. Me? Why do I feel worse today vs ayer? All about low energy (and patience) and a friggin cough. Oh well...onto the fotos.

Max chose the spot for the pre-tour poses.

Not a big rampa, but Max often come screaming down the sidewalk and makes the sharp left turn and keeps bombing.

Hola hola to Bulmaro's taller de llantas. It is cerrado and Max has decided to count the llantas.

We came upon this mess and do not know what occurred. We saw the orange globos, but do not know what is all over the calle. (741pm update...some sort of marathon and there were 3 or 4 areas like this, all with different colors...that is all we know)

And on this hombre's carro.

But some globos made a break for it.

Until they were lasso'd by Max!!

Onto the alberca.

And back to his happy place.

Ok, if I do not fall asleep, time to watch the last 23 laps of the race and then it is onto camarone domingo in our casa.

Hasta pronto.

Wow...what a great race!! It took a long time to finish, but it ended as it should with cars bumping fenders to get to the checkered flag!!

The familia had a fun time at the playa and then were home in time for Max to help his Poppa stir the garlic butter, stir the arroz, put the camarones into the fry pan and then pick out the 3 he would eat for dinner. He should have picked out 6 as Max LOVES camarones!!

Great dinner, onto clean up, a bici tour with the non-listening and highly charged niño, onto tina time, a time out for not listening again, some tears, leche y libros and the musica has started.

Wow...

But...best part of the tour was Max picking up a new mannerism. He knows the finger on the lips is shhhh or secreto and now knows that when he says something funny, he can cover his mouth with his mano o manos and then say hee hee hee or make the noise like it.

We saw Domingo and Max always laughs that Domingo's name is like domingo, the día. After Domingo yelled hola hola to us, Max said "domingo domingo", covered his mouth with his mano and made the hee hee hee noise. Hilarious.

You are all caught up. Wish us luck with bed time!!

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
