Buenos noches.

The Whisperer just finished another 45 minutes in the bedroom…rocking, talking, soothing and finally getting the lil’guy to sleep.

Not knowing why he won’t go to sleep is the only aggravation I have. He is a lil’hombre and since he cannot tell us why, we must try to figure it out.

So, we tried this 90 minute sleep cycle theory…not too much luck there. But maybe it was the 1 hour chest nap that ended at 530pm?

Mañana we will start la cena earlier and then his rutina earlier and see what effect that has on his ability to fall asleep. Stay tuned.

Mojon update…Roman tell me the updated façade drawings may be ready soon. We will give them a look over before the engineers get too deep into the plans and final costings. Stay tuned.

As for the day…same rutina so not much new to report there.

Max and I had a good walk…hit up a few ferreterias (hardware stores) looking for a simple brace/bracket…and no one carried one.

I did find one later and screwed it into Bex’s oficina desk to help stop the pino from splitting. The last thing we need is 2 Mac computers hitting the floor….doph.

Sunny day so we had to stick to the side calle and in the sombra. We also stopped off at Max’s restaurante and grabbed madre a rollo canela…which due to some late night chocolate indulging…I had to eat instead of her. Oh well!! Ja ja ja

1030pm UPDATE

Bex went in and had her 3rd round at rocking. What the huh?

But when she came out, I treated her to 5 minutes of watching the rednecks on Duck Dynasty…what a wacky show. I love it!! Ja ja ja

Bex loves me…not the show!!

Max had 2 pool sessions today, one in the morning and then a madre/hijo session antes la cena. The niño loves his water…thank goodness as padre almost drowned him today.

Ok, call off the social workers…he went under water but as fast as greased lightning, madre scooped him out.

A few chest compressions and mouth to mouth…JUST KIDDING…and he was fine.

Me? My heart stopped and I have aged a few years.

What happened? Max was in his float and I was pushing him 2 or 3 feet away and then going up and doing it again. All good and all within a hands reach.

Madre shows up, we are all smiles and I says to myself…let’s push Max and his floatie towards madre. Nice treat for madre, nice treat for Max. Right?

Oh he was excited about that…so excited that instead of doing what he had been with me, just sitting still and smiling, he leaned waaaaay forward to get to his madre.

Now Bex had just started walking down the stairs into the alberca, when she sees this floatie coming towards her, with this ooooooh so cute lil’hombre in it.

Then she sees the lil’hombre reach for her and next thing you know…lil’ hombre overboard.

Yikes is all I have to say…that and what a butt head. The hijo is fine, he shook it off long before I settled down.

I am lucky Bex was so fast and lucky that Max feels as comfortable in the water as he does, or else that could have been a traumatic experience for all 3 of us and not just his padres.

No more of that!!

Ok, fotos.

Max y madre. Max in his stylin rash guard and surf shorts.

Just some peeps having a chat. One hombre was selling some shelves.

Selling of a different sort going on here.

Bamboo...possible idea for Mojon.

13 de julio...Tiger Blood is playing. Huh?

Gato is a cat...and obviously a hydraulic jack too.

Off to reply to some emails and call it a day.

Have a great martes.

Marco, Bexico y Max
