Hola.

Great day…reinvigorated about Mojon after having a good talk with Roman.

He popped in and we were going to go to Mojon to chat up our many options, but Scott could not make it. We are postponed until lunes.

But Roman and I talked about the 180m2 area of our lot where we could build and it all sounds plausible. And then still get the FZ lease and put things like the pool and patio on the FZ, vs any of the real structure.

Best part of that method is that it still allows us to sell without having to worry about breaking the law!! Ja ja ja

Still going to look into and discuss a 2nd lot (behind ours) as well as the white house. Stay tuned.

Max was up at 6am…which on el primero de abril, will be a-ok because that day our clocks move forward and it would be 7am!!

Not complaining, but I have been fighting a dry cough…so Bexico let me sleep in and took the first shift. The two of them had some play and education time, and also took a walk.

Max is now the proud owner of his first computer. Ok, it is a phone that talks in español when you push the buttons…but still!! Madre picked this up while on her walk and he gets quite excited about it.

He has been watching me on the Mac and he really wanted to take a turn wailing on the keyboard. So now he has his own “computer” and spent the first day trying to stick as much of it as he could, in his mouth!! Lol

Once back from the walk, I took over and Max had a nap and then a FT with mis padres, followed by a sit around the alberca. Always have good chats while we are at the pool. Today it was about the effect China's GDP is having on world markets and generally, the price of oil.

Next thing you know, time to eat again!! All that talk makes the lil’hombre hungry.

Bex was ready to get up and took over. You all know where I went next and after a good workout, headed home.

Max was finishing a cat nap, so Bex went down for some laps and Max and I hung out and then got him geared up for the pool time.

Great pool session…lots of splashing and smiling. And another great dunk for the lil’Marco Spitz!! Head under water doesn’t seem to faze him at all anymore!!

Lots of peeps around the pool, but I suspect almost all of them will be gone within a week and then it will be the 4 or 5 Mexican families that live here year round, ourselves and the condo association Presidente and his wife. Who now have a rat free condo after Marciano took care of it for them!!! Ja ja ja…yech.

After the pool, we all went to Che. No big scores, but we are set up for the weekend now. And la cena para esta noche…some kick butt chili con carne.

We all got home by 6pm and the rutina started right away. All went according to schedule and at 10pm, Bex and I are watching a flick at the same time as I am updating the blog.

Fotos for the day.

Los Gallos is stocked for the weekend and Semana Santa!!

Graingy perro.

My fingers are crossed that this is a shipment of Mil Isla dressing outside Isssste!!

Por que? Porque I am ALL out and have resorted to Caesar dressing instead.

Moe? Is that you?

Nope...looks like him, but it is just a crazy gringo.

An hombre selling flowers.

We MUST remember to put the sun tan lotion on Max!! Check out his tan!!

And here is another video of Max. He no longer wants to be on his back, as evidenced here. Check out the look on his face right after he completes the roll....hilarious.

I am told these videos are taking some time to upload, so here are two links to them as well.

Our weekend plans? My gym is cerrado!! They are closed so Jhanhet can take a day off in lieu of the holiday last Monday. Huh? She told me she is headed to the playa…probably con her amiga/girlfriend.

So…I might pay the $50 pesos and go to the rich peeps gym…might bump into our pediatra there…he goes and seems to be quite happy to let me know that EVERY time we see him. Ja ja ja

And then 2pm I meet Tony y Carlos for some chelas at Pucks.

Domingo? Hola to cerdo hash domingo and then some Nascar con mi hijo!!

Buen fin de semana.

Marco, Bex y Max
