Our day went as planned!!
Sleep, eat, Nascar, more
sleep, pool time and more eating!!
720pm and Max is zzzz,
madre is cooking the fries and soon I will start the burgers. Yup…hamburguesa
domingo!!
As for the day, Bex y Max
were up early and hung out while I slept. They had a living room camp out and
read books and played games.
I awoke and took
over…setting up the Mac so mis padres could see their nieto. And did he put on
a show today!! Lots of talking and smiling and then we slinged up and went out
for a walk.
You should see the smile
and positive reaction Max gives us when he sees the sling getting put on. He
knows…walk time!!

Look closely and you will see the net.
The net is all about keeping the leaves from moving due to wind. It is the wind that will destroy the dried out leaves...meaning you would need to have annual upkeep.

Good walk and we spent
some time hanging around the bandstand in the zocalo, as there was a nice
breeze through there. Hola to some amigos at Gabriels and then home to soak our
pies in the pool.
Time for nap…but it was a
no go. I tried for an hour and even though he fell asleep, he would start
grunting and wake him self up. Doph…better wake up madre and check in. Doph…he
wanted to eat…again!!
And did he fall asleep
after that. Of course!!
Watched some Nascar…does
it look like Max is interested in the race?
Max had a second walk, con
madre…and Bubba grabbed some more zzzz. And when I finally dragged my butt out
off the bed…pool time!!
Max had a great swim, said
hola to Moe’s kids and their niño, exactly one year older then Max…and only
slightly bigger!!
Then time for one more Max
nap, followed by the rutina. And you are all caught up.
Clima update…cloudy
afternoon. I have not seen so many nube so early in the season. Temps at 730pm?
31,0 grados inside and out!! Max has the a/c set at 29,0 grados…helps him
sleep.
Mañana? No sé…but after
eating some of Baker Bex’s cookies, the gym is in order!!
