Mucho siento!! I did not update ayer’s blog. Oh well…I will give you all the fotos and tell you about today instead.

940pm and I am watching Back to the Future…kickin it old school here in Huatulco!!

A great day. Again a forecast of thundershowers and again we saw none. It was a tad hazy on the morning and there were some cloudy periods after 4pm, but a great day weather wise.

Mojon looks like it had some showers though. The lot was foot print clear and the sand under the palapa was actually wet!!

The day…el gimnasio and Rosa won’t be back until next week. I have no details but it looks like appendicitis for her hija Brenda.

So Memo is now pulling the day shift and the gym is filthy!! I guess cleaning is not high on the list for an 18 year old? Ja ja ja.

The gym is cerrado mañana, but I am meeting Memo there at media dia (mid-day…12 noon) as he has the llave…the keys!!

Fotos from the walk, hoy y ayer.

Still lots of places advertising rooms for Semana Santa.

And the town and popular playas are packed!!

This is looking up the calle towards the industrial section.

Lots of turismo buses parked by the locals mercado.

Same old traffic island.

Across from the mercado where the tourists are shopping…prime real estate!!

This is how we roll here!!

Surfboard and your gal on the scooter.

Coco frio tricycle on his way to work.

Camion unloading at the Cruz Azul construccion supply tienda.

Barbed wire rolls y fencing.

Huatulco has a staffing shortage and we see lots of now hiring signs.

This is a job fair posting for a credit union type of business. Free uniform!!

Have you seen this puppy?

Después de gimnasio, it was off to Mojon. Lots of traffic on the road but we sailed through the militar checkpoint both coming and going.

Lots of wind at Mojon kept it from being too hot. Did some boogie boarding, catching some good olas. Ran into J&C at the playa and we chatted them up.

Time flies when you hang out at the palapa and we packed it in around 5pm. Pit stop at Che for some French stick and home for alberca time.

Alberca time…us and 30 Mexicans!! A few dirty looks…maybe it is because we are darker then them? Pool was full but we did a few laps and will rethink alberca time during the next week or so.

La cena…pollo quesadillas for me and a jacket potato con ensalada for mi novia.

You are all caught up.

Hasta mañana amigos.

UPDATE

Remember this foto?

Compliments to my amigo Daniel from “the shop”, here is a link to Wikipedia and their info on what the fruit is.

Gracias Daniel!!
