Buenos noches all. We are inbetween the second and third period of the game, and we are all tied up 2-2.

Our day…overcast all day long!!! We have not had a day like that…ever!! We also saw a few rain drops while we were in the pool….first time we have seen that since Sept 29!!

Ok…back from the 3rd period…can you say 3-0 series lead? Canucks played a good game and won 3-2. Not sure what to do with that Raffe character though.

This afternoon, Bexico did some oficina work while I hit the couch and watched a great NASCAR race. Ok…maybe I only saw 90% of it as I had a siesta too!! Ja ja ja Great ending to the race, with JJ winning it by a foot after 499 miles of racing.

We hit the pool for a swim and have seen a few Mexican families that have moved in for the week. Hola to all!!

With the clouds, it has been a cooler day and even now at 945pm it is only 29,7 grados outside.

We heard some music and festivities coming from outside our compound gates, so we decided to go for a walk.

Sorpresa…the town was VERY quiet, except for this guy.

He was busy performing at the grand opening of a new restaurante across from our gate.

Not sure if this was his singing partner though.

As previously mentioned, it is Semana Santa and peeps are looking for places to stay.

These peeps are prepared for the worst case.

There are cuartos (rooms) to be found everywhere.

Just a foto of a hombre who has picked up a skateboarding senorita.

Do the math….

8 cervezas for $60 pesos is about 67 cents a can.

And at 67 cents a can, there is a good reason they are celebrating the 25th años anniversary of this very important organization.

And even on a slow domingo, peeps need to work.

This is the soccer-football jersey hombre.

Bexico managed to buy a pair of pantalones cortos (shorts...but literally "pants short") y una falda (skirt) and then we picked up some more coca-light…yes I have a problem…and then headed home to chill and watch the game.

I also managed to fit in an iChat with mi madre y El Presidente of their strata council, mi padre. Always nice to chat and always amazed at the technology of today.

Bexico had a Skype with RJ as well…all is good in Onterrible…except for something called nieve. In Abril?

La cena? Hello…hamburguesa domingo!!

Mañana? We are up earlier then usual and will make the one hour drive to Pochutla and then when we have finished our exploring there, we will drive another hour to Puerto Escondido where we have two missions.

Primero…stop at the Che they have there and buy some cheddar cheese!! It is the only place we have seen it since we moved here.

Segundo…look for some tiendas de muebles…furniture stores. We just want to see what is out there and what are options will be.

Compliments of Wikipedia, here is a link to their info on the city of Pochutla.

That’s all folks….hasta luego.

Marcos y Bexico
