Well…that game sucked!!
At least our jueves didn’t!!
Tranquilo day but lots of fun.
Woke up to a thundershower forecast and this type of cloud cover.
The nube (clouds) lasted a few hours and then it was clear for the rest of the day!!
Went to el gimnasio and Yeu was there with an amigo and the amigo’s amigo. Get it? Yeu and his friend worked out together and I worked out solo. The other hombre was not savy to the ways of the ejercicio, so I took some time to show home a few basic exercises.
The hombre was waaaay timido, wouldn’t speak to me in español o ingles, but he appreciated the attention I was paying him.
Great work out and I ensured Yeu knew I appreciated him allowing me to use the gym when it was closed.
I took some fotos on the walk, but will combine them with mañanas.
I did the walk around town and said hola to the boys. Lots of peeps in town, but the boys are complaining that they are cheap!! Ja ja ja
Came home and had some alberca time and was approached by Crista to see if we wanted to join them on a snorkeling adventure ot a local playa. We were game so off we went.
The playa is unmarked and Jay found out about it via his amigo. Only 5 minutes or so past Santa Cruz we pulled over, found the path and hiked down. It was not deserted as we had thought it might be, but only a few peeps.
Good news? The playa is nice, water blue and there are fish to be seen. Bad news? It was a day of big swells so the visibility was poor and there was some nasty sea foam on the surface!!
We enjoyed getting out and exploring.

We came home, agreed to have a dinner out before they leave for the USA and then hit the alberca ducha (shower) again. Adios stinky sea foam!!
La cena…cracked the cheddar and made some great burittos!!
Settled in and within a short time we realized the Canucks were in trouble. Have to be honest, we shut the live stream down after the 4th goal. But they have 2 more games to win the series!!
That was our jueves.
