Hola all. It is 945pm and we have just returned (regrasamos…we return…conjugated from the verbo regresar) from the cine.

The movie, Peleador (The Fighter) with Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale was very good. Based on a true story and it has won several awards. Two thumbs up from Marcos y Bexico.

Our day? El gimnasio y Mojon. Throw in there the fact that Bexico received payment for her 3 samples, as well as received some $$ for the illustrations she completed 2 years ago for a book!! If she had not followed up with the owner of the book, she would not have seen the $$...good for her!!

As for sample #3…here is a link.

The last time we posted the link, the owner took it down, so don’t hesitate in looking now!!

El gimnasio was tranquilo…no one there but me. Great workout and I said hola to Memo who was arriving as I was leaving. Typical hot day…tres litros de agua. Phew.

Here are the fotos from the gym walk.

36 degrees and this hombre was not breaking a sweat.

WFSITBOTT?

Not sure about the translation, but they are advertising rotoplas and selling hubcabs.

A moto.

I just liked the bolsa on the handle bars.

There has to be a story there. Ja ja ja

Otra autobus.

This turismo bus is stopped at the locals mercado.

WFSITBucket?

Pescado…fish.

Oh oh

Tamarindo at work.

WFSITBOTT #2?

Giant papaya…and to think that someone gets paid to wrap each one individually in newpaper.

Tranquilo gym, tranquilo alberca.

But we decided to stick to our plan and head to tranquilo Mojon!!

Even our palapa looks like it could a little rain.

Not sure if the military got paid this week, but they did not even acknowledge us on our trip to and from Mojon.

It was HOT at Mojon. I could only handle the sun in small doses and dramatically cut back my reading and sleeping time!! Not to say that both Bexico and I had a full 1 hour siesta under the palapa!! Ja ja ja

A great day for walking the beach, but not too many shells today. I have been on a roll lately as last time I managed to catch (and release) two crabs and today I scooped another.

Here is a foto from Mojon, a few lots down from ours.

Is it an anthill or maybe termites?

It is amazing how time flies at Mojon. We came home and had time for some alberca time and la cena.

And then the 5 minute walk to the cine and you are caught up.

Mañana…our last clase and then the routine.

Hasta mañana!!

1020pm and it is 2-0 Nucks over Hawks in the 2nd period. Go Nucks!!
