Oh, and they call me suspicious?

Buenos noches!!

Today's blog update is brought to you by these words spoken by our hijo..."bonfire", as in the bonfire we had at Mojon today, and like the last 5 words out of his boca when he fell asleep, and the phrase "come'on", as what he said to his madre when she asked during bed time if he was too hot and did not want the blankie anymore. Now that is hilarious!!

Ok, it is a late one, so only the facts.

Early morning...ugh. Max LOVES his madre and that means when he realizes she is in charge, he is not going back to sleep.

Now I know he loves his Poppa too...but he must love the man snugs!! ja ja ja

I took over at 630am or so and Bex went back to sleep. The boys had a long prowl and then we came home for the huge desayunos.

Some tranquilo time and then it was time for a good siesta, and I got in on that action. Hello!!

Post siesta...wacky weather. It was 1pm and there was a fog that had come all the way into centro. Our plans had been a 230pm departure for Mojon, but if it was going to be foggy and cold, we would postpone the trip. How cold was it? At 1pm it was 26,0 grados as the fog rolled in.

We were all set for Mojon, burrito meat cooked and all the fixing ready to be packed, so I headed off to el gimnasio for a quick work out and then by 215pm, el sol had returned and our Mojon trip was a go.

Great news...Max was super easy on the way to and from Mojon!! The coming home in the dark thing is great as he seems to be distracted and pretty much sang the whole way home.

Mojon was great. Partly sunny as we arrived and the nubes did roll in at the end of the afternoon. Lots of prowling and surfing and as we dried off in some chilly temperatures, time for the bonfire, Max's first.

He loved it and the familia enjoyed that as I set up the grill to heat up the carne.

Getting to the point of packing up, cooking, packing up again and then cleaning up once home, is a ton of work!! But we all agreed that we enjoy our Mojon dinners, and our plan for NYE is camarones!!

Interesting to see that there was a wedding reception at the uncompleted hotel. It was nicely done up, and the peeps well to do Mexicanos. Always interesting to meet adultos that see us in the oceano and then tell us that they to wish to learn how to swim.

We seem to take some things for granted, but if you are from a small puebla in Mexico, you are guaranteed that there is no community alberca to learn how to swim in.

Any who...we ate up, cleaned up, came home, unpacked, cleaned up, tina timed and then off to bed time. The Whisperer needed only 15 minutos as the lil'man was pooped from his playa afternoon.

There was a Harry Hormiga update, one version of Gilligans, a few la la la, and then Max was plopped into the cuna with the word "bonfire" being mumbled.

And at 910pm, I type away, Max is lights out and Bex has a little work to do, and then we will call it a day. I guess we are all pooped after our Mojon trip!!

Onto the fotos.

Today's prowl outfit.

Muy tonto Max.

How dirty was the fence that Max is running his hand down?

This dirty. Oh Max.

But after cleaning his hands, he had lots of bounce in his step.

New approach to "people"...just give them lots of room to pass by.

Domo arigato Mr Roboto...Google it if you must.

On a traffic island, Max's approach to directing traffic.

Un camión de Corona has peaked the interest of the lil'man.

Some of the many facial expressions from our niño.

Pika pika.

Vanity...oh Max.

Max loves all Coca Cola trucks!!

Dos hombres sin casco, un niño sin casco y una llanta. Doph.

Piñata season.

The big hardware store is having a buen noche sale. For $99,990 pesos, plus 15% IVA, this piece of equipment could be all yours.

Only one Mojon foto today...Max kicking back and enjoying the bonfire con su madre.

You are all caught up. Mañana...Seahawks at 3pm I think!! Have a great domingo.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
