Buenos noches!!
Feliz Navidad!! Whether of
not you celebrate Christmas, we hope you all had a great día!!
Max does not know what
Navidad is yet, but was soooo excited, he woke up at 545am and was not
interested in going back to sleep.
He was away for four days
and padre fell out of “wake up early” shape. Doph.
But he managed to drag my
butt to the other room, so madre could grab some shut eye and so we could laze
around for another hour or so.
Usual AM rutina and he
even ate most of his desayunos!! The centro was quiet, but you would be
surprised how many tiendas are open for business on Christmas Day.
Lalo explains it simply.
Peeps need to make a living and if that means opening your store so peeps that
were given some Christmas pesos can spend it, you open your store.
Happy to say Che was open
but deserted.
Max needed to catch up on
some missed naps from his trip, and today he caught up on some of them. With me
he had a 2.5 hour nap…hola to waking up at 1230pm!! And then at Mojon he
grabbed another hour plus with madre.
And don’t they look like
they are enjoying this siesta?
The sling works great for
getting him to sleep…a little trick madre used while flying with the lil’guy.
After our siesta…hola to opening
regalos!! Max enjoys the new items, but is still at an age where empty boxes
and shiny paper would have been enough of a present for him.
Ah, ah...arbol de Navidad.
Ah, ah...ventilador.
Madre getting Max a head start on an action figure.
No presents needed....just more bags with Rudolph on them.
One of a few playeras padre picked up in DF.
Back from stretching his legs.
Winnie the Pooh paper...captivating.
A fun book from his tía Ione y familia.
A pit stop to touch the arbol.
And here is a gift fresh from the Walmart in DF.
Madre had 2.5 hours to get
us ready for Mojon…and did not fail us!! So we loaded up and 30 minutes later,
hola to Mojon.
Not a single soldier to be
found at the Copalita…earily quiet.
Always a fun time at Mojon
and today was no different. Even better when Max grabs his shut eye there, as
we do not need to pack up and hurry home.
Late start, and it was
late when we left. No crisis and we grabbed a few groceries on the way home and
then had some quick FT’s con mi familia before la cena.
PM rutina went off without
a hitch and after falling asleep with the lil’guy…doph…it is now 1035pm and you
are all up to date.
Here are the rest of the
fotos.
A few from the other day....Max y madre.
And this morning...in his oficina. Leche y computadora at the ready.
Thank you to RJ for the computer.
Max tanquing up while all wrapped up after being in the oceano.
Some good surf breaks today.
Mañana? Back to the rutina…need
to get to el gimnasio to work off those yummy galletas!!
Have a great Boxing Day!!
Marco, Bexico y Max
