Hola!!

And the cycle continue…madre tiene gripe!! Bexico now has the cold. So padre took the night shift and madre did a little work, took a Neo and had a good sleep.

Madre was feeling crappy this morning so Mojon has been postponed. Padre took most of the day shift…no complaints here as that meant more padre/hijo time!!

It is currently 9pm, Max is zzzz, Bexico is working hard on meeting some tight deadlines, and I have one ojo on the blog, one on the monitor and one on the Global News.

Gotta tell you, being a parent or not, that shooting in Connecticut is heartbreaking no matter how you look at it.

Back to our day.

Some great sleep and after a 4am tanque up, we slept until 615am.

Usual AM rutina…it is now all about figuring out what the lil’guy will eat para desayunos!!

A fun walk and a good siesta too!!

Madre lunched him up and I took Max out for another walk. Off to his parque where we had some swinging action…him on my lap facing me…he laughs when we do that, as well as some solo swinging.

We met some small peeps there and the niña so wanted to take Max down the slide. I let her slide ½ way down and then passed her Max so they could go down together, with padre still holding on. The niña was very happy to meet the lil’guy.

As was this group of tourists who were happy to see Max and then when I took off his gorra and showed them his chinos rubio? Ooooohs and aaaahs!! We love that moment of anticipation!!

Madre took the second siesta and padre caught up on his football!!

Max still has the sniffles, so the pool and playa were out for the day. And why else was there no agua in our day? We had a sunny morning and then the clouds rolled in during the afternoon and for the first time since Nov 1, we had some rain. Albeit it was a 10 second drizzle!!

But Max y Madre had a quick bike ride and then a walk, all while padre did some Party Palace clean up.

Pre dinner FT con Max’s Oma y Opa and then I enjoyed Chef Bex’s pizza para la cena and madre had some caldo de pollo, chicken soup, from the comida down the calle.

Good PM rutina and you are all caught up.

Fotos.

From yesterday's morning siesta...best part of my día!!

If you ever think your job/career is tough, take a look at these hombres.

Hot weather and they lug around boxes of shoes. And what is the take home pay? It cannot be much as they have to pay the owner of the shoes first and then keep the leftover.

Looking at this next foto, you would think the weight of the sign would cause this camion to do a wheelie!!

From today. Pre-AM walk.

And from today's first siesta...mid way through.

Max rolled off me, opened his ojo, looked at me and then fell asleep again. I went and grabbed madre so she could see this rare wonder...the sleeping Max, and she took over the last 30 minutes of the siesta. Think Max is confused falling asleep con padre y waking up con madre? Ja ja ja

And this is why we give Max a tina after la cena.

Might be my eye sight, but on this next foto I think the lil'guy strikes a resemblance of his padre?

Mañana? El gimnasio and just help Bex in ensuring the familia is all ready for the big trip.

Have a great lunes.

Marco, Bexico y Max
