Buenos noches amigos!!

745pm here in the land of el sol!! Ok, maybe el sol is gone to bed for the day, but it was a nice sunny day!! Two in a row…Mojon type days…that we could not fully take advantage of. Hoy? All about the move, getting G10 cleaned and el doctor.

El doctor? All is a-ok!!

I am told this is a head and a face and one eye. Did confirm the niño has two though!!! Ja ja ja

Madre y niño are great and we also received our travel letter from Dr. Carillo. He will miss us and is looking forward to seeing us (and our $$) in diciembre!!

750pm…and only minutes ago did we manage to find the series FINALE of Entourage. A great episode if I may so myself…looking forward to the movie that we all know is coming out in a year or two.

The move? Moises y Samuel…and $50 pesos plus $50 mas became $100 plus $50!!

The first “$50 pesos cada uno por su ayuda”…for your help. The segundo “$50 mas si los dos no romper nada!!”…if you do not break anything. And who broke something? Yo…me!! I broke a votive candle holder!!

Why did I up the original $50 pesos to $100? It was hot and I forgot how many boxes of books Bexico has down here!! Ja ja ja

Total move was 2.5 hours…including coca cola, agua y cinnamon cookies! And condo moving ropa…clothes? Jeans and shirts. We invited them back in diciembre for a pool day.

And on top of the $$, I gave them our old dvd player (needs a tecnico to look at it), shoes (a pair of Nike workout shoes that Samuel liked and now Moises is jealous!!), some Nike socks and a playera (t-shirt) that Moises likes.

The new condo looks great…much different with the loft, the king size bed and the HUGE fridge!! We loved G10 for the fist year (minus the smokers living below us for 2 months), but if it wasn’t time for villas at Mojon, it was time for a bigger place…especially con niño!!

No condo photos today…maybe mañana.

But we do have other fotos…here they are.

WFSITBOTT?

He is making a delivery to the zapateria…show store.

And an otra shoe salesman.

Some senoritas (not from here), in their traditional ropa.

More and more decorations are sprouting up.

Only 3 days until Día de Independencia!!

This is a foto of a newer type of water tank and an old school model.

The shut off float was not working on the black tanque and agua was flowing down the roof onto peeps below!!

Tonta (silly) Bexico

Do we know what this large item is? Melon? Daniel? And no…I am not talking about niño!! Ja ja ja

Un gato.

And our new amigo…

Iguana Negro!! Not as loving as the Gatos!!

The rest of our day? Bexico spent some time in the oficina, but currently has no new projects on the go. She is about to finish China, but does have some nibbles, one courtesy of the Ad Joy client. Muchos grassy ass!!

And other then alberca time and time at el doctor, she spent time getting B10 into ship shape!!

Me? El gimnasio where a bunch of mis amigos said hasta luego as I will not see them again until diciembre. Then hurried home to get to the cita…only to be told he would be 30 minutes tarde (as usual), but that turned into almost 45 minutes.

Dropped the camioneta off for a thorough cleaning and an hour and $70 pesos later, I had a spotless truck.

Hey…sorry to leave you hanging, but it is almost 9pm and me and my lady (con niño) are going to the pool for a cool down!!

Wow…was that ever refreshing!! We cannot wait to have some moon light swims in our own alberca at Mojon!! Until then…we will suffice with a huge bonfire for NYE!!

The rest of my day included the alberca, helping get B10 set up, inspecting the cleaning job at G10, getting some items packed for the road trip, and then cooking some quesadillas para mi cena. Bexico went oh so yummy tuna on an esalada. Huh? Ja ja ja. But we actually found, for the first time ever, some what chunky tuna. It is actually called lomo tuna…kinda like the lomo cerdo. Better then the ground up stuff!!

Our last day in Huatulco? Some fine tune cleaning of G10, maybe Mojon, hopefully el gimnasio, packing, a possible iChat with mi hermana and then we are headed out para la cena.

Must try and stop in to say adios to a bunch of peeps. K&R at Pucks, mis amigos at Nissan, the boys at the joyeria….
I drive out at 6am…first stop Puebla in the estado of Puebla. The first 400 km is supposed to take almost 8 hours and then the last 370 km is about 3.5 hours. This is the worst day of driving on the whole trip. Most days will average 12 hours, but at least I get 1200 kms or so closer to Vancouver!!

Bexico is getting picked up by mi amigo Tony (mecanico y taxista) on miercoles at 4pm and then her flight to DF is at 615pm. Hello Hilton hotel in the airport!! And then on jueves she flies direct from DF to Van, arriving around noon Van time.

Have a buen martes!!

Marco y Bexico
