On his way to find his madre, Max broke into a run, and made his Poppa laugh so hard!!
Buenos tardes!! A waaaay early blog update...el gimnasio is closed!! Happy Good Friday to all of you.
The familia had their usual morning...545am, man snugs until 615am and then onto videos, tranquilo time and a huge desayunos.
Bex was up at 9am...cafe con su amiga!! So after Max and I cleaned up, we unloaded the carretilla and were off in search of her.
A 5 minute walk turned into 30 and after some hugs and kisses to and from smummy mummy, the boys were off to Sorianas.
A parking lot jam packed with Chilangos loading up their trucks for an afternoon at the playa, but we managed to get in and out without issue.
No scores at Sorianas, but we did see a ton of peeps that know the lil'man...of course we did!! Home for books and leche, followed by our siesta, and the good news is that it started later and lasted longer then the past few days!!
Here is hoping for a great dinner time with the lil'man, and then off for another easy peasy bedtime. Anoche, after madre's 30 minutos, it only took The Whisperer another 20 minutos before the lil'man was lights out!! Waaaaaay better then some of the 60 minute (plus) sessions I have had. Yikes!!
Post siesta, comida for all and during their lunch, Max showed madre how he washes and stores his leche bottles...5 or 6 times. Ja ja ja. Using cold water and pinzas, tongs, Max showed us that he has great motor skills...and has been keeping an keen ojo on his Poppa who usually has bottle patrol.
210pm and the familia is off to Rosario's Palacio and then they have a play date at Gwen's...and her alberca. Gwen was a little Ice Princess (yikes) for quite a while, but has warmed up the past few times Max has seen her. Today he even said she was friendly!!
Me? A few errands around town and then a tranquilo afternoon.
Onto the fotos.
Leaving the CP grounds, on a mission.
Hmmm....wonder why Max knows how to spell Yoguis...madres favorita tienda de ropa? Oh Bex!!
Like niños setting up lemonade stands, due to all the Chilangos in town, peeps are setting up their "aguas" stands. Here, we have tamarindo, jamaica and coco.
On the way back to the camioneta verde, and then onto Sorianas.
Max helping his madre fill the pitcher of agua.
All of our drinking water comes from these blue garrafons of "agua purificada", delivered to our door for $19 pesos and a $5 peso propina.
Mañana? El gimnasio still closed...doph. The town y playas are packed, but it looks like we will head to playa Santa Cruz or the Beach Cluuuub for the afternoon. And then on domingo, off to playa Mojon for Bubba's chili!!
Hasta mañana.
Marco, Bexico y Max
