Someone has seen too much Baywatch? If he could, it would be Naked Beach Day every day.
Buenos tardes!! Currently 5pm and the familia is off at playa Entrega, and Bubba has just popped the pollo muslo into the oven. It is going to get even hotter around here in the next 40 minutos!!
The día? It started with the longest and wackiest bedtime I can remember. Spare you most of the details, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutos and at one point the lil'man was hysterical for his madre. He was exhausted from the day and was laying still, but he could just not keep his ojos shut. Wacky.
But...we have had 3 great sleep nights in a row, with last night being the best in ages. Once Max was asleep, he was lights out until 6am. Wow. Knock on wood that this is a new trend.
As for the not being able to fall asleep, that too is a new trend...one we hope that ends tonight!!!
The day started with videos y leche at 615am, tranquilo time from 7am until 8am and then onto the huge desayunos. We are very happy that he eats such a big breakfast, very few complaints about breakfast and he is back to being very excited about the banana Mom leaves for him in his food tray.
Today was prowl day and we had a fun prowl, seeing lots of peeps we know and a few we did not.
Home for tranquilo time, leche and then a good 2 hour siesta!! Post siesta I was off to eat comida and then onto to el gimnasio, Issssste for some garbonzo beans and then home for the usual afternoon rutina.
The familia had some paint time in the oficina, comida and then onto the playa. And you are all caught up. Onto the fotos!!
I asked where he wanted the first foto, he chose here and he even posed, allowing me to take a few fotos. Muy raro!!
Agua y Cheerio break on the ledge outside Yamaha. When I showed Max the foto, he was very intrigued with the reflection in the window.
He stared at the phone and then told me he wanted to call Oma.
These senoritas seemed to know Max, and he actually put up with them fawning all over him. Note the bandana is off, as they really wanted to see his cabello, hair. Did you know caballo, note the "a", is a horse?
And that leads us into another Bimbo series of fotos...ja ja ja!! We stopped in at SCA and bought some huevos and while at the caja, cashier, we saw a Bimbo oso piggy bank. Max loved it, so we paid the $10 pesos for it and off we went.
We were almost home and I was thinking we needed a foto, when Max stopped and said "Poppa, foto".
Here I have asked Max to hold up the Bimbo oso so I could take a foto of it with him. This is what I got.
Then I asked him to turn it around...and ta-da.
Then I decided I would not ask for anymore poses, and just see what he gave me.

Not sure what up with the trucker cap, but here Max is helping bring the carbon to the playa. Right about here, he left it...no where near the playa. Oh Max!!
Ahhhh...vida es buena sí?
A SUPER windy day...mucho viento. Somewhere hidden behind the beach chairs and sombrilla, is our BBQ, being shielded so I could cook Bubba Burgers.
Pre-cena naked clean up swim. Max that is.
Earlier in the afternoon, he spent an hour riding in and out on some fairly large olas. The current took us from the center of the playa, all the way to the headlands. Max loves the waves!!
