The lil'man out and about this afternoon.

Buenos noches!! All is tranquilo at 830pm...Bex folding some wash, the lil'guy asleep and I have the News on in the background as I type away.

Hey...congrats to the Canadian Men's Olimpico Hockey team...onto the gold medal game!!

The quick'ish update? A wacky start to the sleep...Max was awake from 930pm until 1015pm...he was upset and did not want to sleep in the cuna. And since we are no longer doing "bebe" or rocking, it takes some time to get him calmed down and back to sleep.

But after 1015pm, there was only one wake up, and then it was rise and shine at 545am. Too early for us, but we see a pattern of bad sleep leading to earlier wake up and then onto siesta issues...which we had as well...argh.

Videos, tranquilo time and then onto desyaunos. No prowl today...errands to run. So off we went, with the first stop being Santa Cruz. We tried to find a restaurante that supposedly serves great ribs...but we could not find it. Doph. No worry...we have the name of another restaurante in Tangolunda, and we will check them out mañana as we are on our way to or from Mojon.

Onto Nissan, or No Sun as Max calls it, and we spent some time chatting up Carlos and having his look at the handle on the camioneta verde's tail gate. It is cheapo plastic and has broken...we are using a screw driver to open the tail gate. Doph.

The complete unit needs to be replaced...$100 in the States, $200 here. But Carlos suggested I take it to Pablo the painter, and he should be able to fix it. Ahhhh....not sure, but I will see what he says. If not, hola hola to $2200 pesos and a 2 week wait.

It was 10am and I should have taken Max home for tranquilo time and leche...20/20 hindsight. Doph. But we went onto Sorianas and grabbed our groceries. We were home by 1045am, 30 minutes later then normal and it showed as Max was a handful while trying to get him to sleep.

But it finally happened at noon, and we were up at 145pm.

Onto my usual afternoon rutina, ending with cooking up the pollo quesadillas...yummy.

The familia had their comida, expecting some amigas to come over at 230pm, but they had to postpone, so Max y Bex hit the alberca and then grabbed Max's bici and went for a prowl around centro. They ended up at the mall, taking the long way there, and then had some trampolina time before coming home for leche and then la cena.

Good dinner, delicious as Max says, and then onto the dance party, tina time, the FT con Oma y Opa and then bedtime. A good bedtime as we can now see Max actually close his ojos and try and let sleep happen. Score!!

No prowl...not too many fotos. But we have some, and check back mañana as I am sure there will be more!!

I was walking home from el gimnasio, when I saw this lil'man drop his bici and come running. I also saw his madre wonder where he was headed.

A big hug for his padre and then he was off again.

And off the familia went. Max has been extremely timido in regards to noise, and he wants to feel his madres hand close by.

Saw this promotion as I walked by a corner store.

Looks like Un Ojo Bob and his amigo, have also seen the ad. Oh Bob.

New banner hanging above a neighborhood I walk through on the way to el gimnasio.

Together against crime. Neighbors watching.

Check out the moto in the next foto. Niño in a sling, the driver, and of course there is the hombre with the boogie board. Welcome to Huatulco!!

So hot, even the arbols are wearing gorras.

Ok, you are all caught up. Buen fin de semana y hasta mañana!!

Marco, Bexico y Max
