Another look from the niño of many expressions.
And while another episode of Sex in the City is playing on the DVR, Bubba y Max are sharing the chill room!!
Buenos noches...wow, what a full día!!
There are a ton of fotos to follow, so I will keep the recap brief. A great sleep, with one wake up at 430am. Some singing and "manos" and the boys were back asleep until 545am. Score.
Having had a sleep in (ja ja ja), we were on the familia swim rutina!! That means we had videos in bed, tranquilo time in the Palace, our prowl, desayunos and then the swim.
Post swim it was off for leche y siesta and from wake up at 1pm, until moments ago at 8pm, it has been go go go. Not hating, just stating.
Bex was ready and at 1pm once the boys rolled out of bed, we were off into the camioneta verde and headed to Mojon. The 30 minuto trip wasn't too bad...Max hates being in the truck. He only mentioned being sick a few times (muy dramatico) and Bex did great keeping him distracted.
A fun few hours on the playa and under the new palapa!! And next thing you know, time to pack up and hit the road. The return trip...no where as easy as the first leg...doph. But again, we made it, and once home, Poppa went straight upstairs to clean up the condo and get us set up para la cena.
Max y Bex headed to the pool and it's showers, time to clean off some sand and have a dip.
I started dinner when they arrived and it was a quick and easy dinner to cook, but oh so yummy. Camarones in a garlic butter sauce, on top of arroz....score!!
A little behind schedule, so we cut out the post cena tranquilo time and went straight into tina time. but by the time lights out happened, we were back on schedule.
So, onto the fotos.
720am prowl and I knew something was up the moment we were down the stairs from our condo.
Loving the hair...but it is the look on his face that is telling his Poppa something is up.
Hiding behind the bushes is another clue.
Followed by the determined look.
And then there was this look.
So we went back upstairs, changed the panale and came back out as 2 new men!!
Once "business" was out of the way, the smile returned!!
Checking the buzon, here being used as a suggestion box.
Some cautious prowling.
Too loud says Max, as he drops his Minion and covers his ears.
What was making the noise? Cement trucks and a pumper truck.
We had walked by and it was waaaaay too loud. So we went around the site and then all Max had on his brain was cement. He kept saying cement, so we went back and confirmed it was waaaay too loud, and continued on our prowl.
Peligro...a one meter deep hole in the sidewalk.
The friendly town drunk (one of a few), is doing his wash.
I wonder from whom Max gets his suspicious side from?
From the side of a camioneta. What is this?
Hello...pay de piña!!
Max y Minion scoping out the otra SCA.
Just prowling.
Having gone in to say hola and just check it out, Max is seen exiting the papeleria, the office supply tienda.
Off to Mojon and here is the new palapa. In the back ground is one of a few deserted dreams on playa Mojon.
This palapa is slightly larger then the last one, hello...we are 3 now, and has the awning to help keep us shielded from the setting sun.
It didn't take long to make it homey...hamaca and beach chairs. Ahhh...vida es beuna.
Pica pica.
Max y Momma having playa time.
Max's silla, una rana...a frog.
The rash guard is sticking to his body...it says Lil'Snipper...not Lil'Nipper.
Keeping his ojos on his madre as she is out on the boogey board.
And after a nice prowl, time for some hamaca time, con leche, un libro y Momma!!
Drift wood? Can you say Fin de Año bonfire? Score!!
A few fotos from ayer. No fence can stop true love.
As I walked to el gimnasio, I ran into the familia on their prowl. When we are in Vancouver, Max is getting a Strider bike from his Oma y Opa, but here it looks like he has picked out the caballo trike.
The "Momma, I'll take this one" look.
But maybe he wants this one and does not know it yet? No pedal...the easier way to learn how to ride a bike!!
Bex packing for the playa and Max decides a little private time on his baño, with a book, is in order.
No luck yet on the potty training...doph.
Ok, you are all caught up. Have a great domingo and enjoy your futbol!!
One last foto.
Hasta mañana!!
Marco, Bexico y Max
