Guess who fell into some pica pica bushes? We applied a little crema de Polysporin for niños, and the main redness disappeared, leaving the scratches. We will continue with the crema and all should be well in a few days. Phew!!
Buenos tardes and welcome to a very warm race domingo!!
The familia is out at the playa and Bubba has the casa to himself...and the race...and the laundry...and the mop...and la cena. Ja ja ja. No complaints from me!!
How has the day been so far? The sleep was from 8pm until 515am, but there was lots of restlessness and between 445am and 515am Bubba did his best to keep the lil'man in slumber mode.
But at 515am it was "hug", "kiss" and "leche" and the lil'man was up. He is great knowing that we do not prowl until the alarm, "beep beep beep" as Max calls it, goes off. So maybe we do something similar with asking for leche?
I managed a few minutes of shut eye as Max watched some videos, but we were up for good at 630am. Puttering around in the Palace as Poppa got us ready to prowl, and due to the early wake up, it was a long prowl.
Follow that by desayunos and then some tranquilo time before it was leche y siesta time.
Good siesta, one bad dream, and then it was off to the pool for familia swim time!! the lil'man loves his swimming!!
Upstairs for comida and race time and that is where we sit at 445pm.

We started the prowl on the CP grounds.
And then we hung at the guard's gate for 25 minutes as Max played with Silverio, and Poppa caught up with Jay y Crista.

After the bloques de hielo and the agua created by them melting, Max and I managed to prowl exactly one square block....in 45 minutos. Max stopped to look at everything and then we sat on a curb and waved at taxis and carros for 20 minutos!!

Maybe I should be giving the camera to Bex more often!! Ayer, she took it to the playa and look at the great fotos she took. This first one is magazine cover material!!

Currently 715pm and round one is under way. Bex y Max had another great time at the playa, came home for leche and clean up and then we went into a late cena. Oven roasted spuds and some juicy steaks...vida es buena.
