Buenos noches!!
So what did you miss ayer? Fotos like that first one!!
And we had a tranquilo día including familia pool time and in the afternoon we all made it to playa Santa Cruz. And throw in some Nascar racing as well!!
Oh, and the day ended with this now famous conversation between Max's parents..."I smell poo"..."what is that on your shirt?"..."poo". Oh Bubba.
And you also missed these fotos.
Max has spotted a bug...and yes, he can now say "bug".
And he followed the bug off road and into the bush.
Hmmm...what are all these peeps doing in here?
Doph...iglesia. Max stood, watched and listened for over 10 minutes. He was intrigued with the singing, the peeps standing up and then sitting down and all the stars painted on the ceiling.
And just around the corner, and after some searching, hola hola el gato.
With the tongue out, that usually means some fiestiness...just ask his madre.
And in true fashion, to make everything better, there is a besito or abrazo coming to smooth things out.
And onto our lunes!!
An early start and the boys hit the road as el sol was rising. Good prowl and instead of pan, bread, we had one of Baker Bex's of so yummy banana bread muffins!!
Big desayunos, a fun familia swim, good siesta and the next thing you know, it is 145pm.
Bubba was off to el gimnasio and then home to putter around and a so-so job on hiding the leche.
The familia had a post siesta prowl and then a later start to playa Chahue, where Max practiced jumping into the alberca...sin floatadores!!
Then it was home for leche, la cena, the tina time and after a few days of no Oma y Opa, Max was happy to have a FT with his abuelos.
Bed time wasn't too bad...but a full hour. No rocking, but it just takes that long for Max to give up the ghost, and fall asleep.
Currently 9pm and Bubba has MNF on the tube (oh futbol season is back!!), Bex is hard at work in the oficina and the little man is lights out!!
Onto today's fotos.
Today's outfit...a little something something in blue.
After checking the welds on this decorative fence...
He went on to touch each and every one!!
Well hola mi amigo...el bloque de hielo.
And this is what happens when the door behind the bloques opens, and the owner comes out to bring the ice in.
Max LOVES this video.
The characters are called Minions and as we were doing our Oxxo prowl, Max started singing the song and pointing to the bottle. And yes, there was a Minion on the bottle.
A sign outside an escuela...no classes until further notice.
And here is why...the sindicato, Seccion 22.
Based on what I see, not enough peeps teach their niños what to do with their basura, and as they grow up, they still think it is ok to throw their garbage onto the grass in the parque.
We have been taught that "maleducado", poorly educated, covers peeps like this and when Max and I go for our walks, I point out the basura and say maleducado. Today, Max started pointing at the garbage and saying it!! Muy inteligente our hijo is!!
Nothing out of the norm is planned for out martes, but as the weather stays nice, I need to make a trip to Mojon to check out the state of the property, and see about our palapa for this season. Stay tuned.
Have a great martes.
Marco, Bexico y Max
