Buenos noches. That first foto was from the pre-AM prowl rutina...a little sit before we start the walk.
Not the quickest bed time...but it was memorable!! Let's have a quick palabra recap...during the 10 minutes Max took to get cuna ready, he said Momma (100 times), Poppa (3), Ma (he cannot say Max), cuesto menos (24), din din (10) and Gas Oaxaca (17).
But the best part of mi día? Once in the cuna, I watched over him to see if he was falling asleep, but with no hand on his back, as I did not want to disturb him. Max reaches back, grabs my hand and then bear hugs it under his body and goes back to sleep.
I tried to move it 5 times and each time he reached back and grabbed my hand. It was so awesome, I had Bex come in so she could experience it too!! And finally, at 820pm...lights out.
He had a great sleep last night...630am sleep in!!And the new panales, even though they are muy caro, are doing the job. Score.
The día? Quick prowl, home for desayunos, off to INM as a familia, finger prints, pit stop at the new tienda Coppel and then home for familia swim.
Siesta and then for Bubba it was off to the gym and then home to hide the leche.
Post siesta the familia had their comida, a quick prowl to grab some molida res y camarones and then home to clean the shrimp...grassy ass madre!!
Cloudy afternoon and some nubes obscura over the montañas, so the familia took the camioneta to the Play Palace...and of course it did not rain. Oh well.
They pit stopped at the tailor and grabbed our goods...Max's new tank tops were altered and a few repairs on Bubba's shorts...all for $160 pesos!!
Home for leche and some oh so good camarones and then off to tina time, FT con Oma y Opa and then bed time.
Coppel? The biggest department store in Huatulco!! About as big as 2 story Shoppers Drug Mart, but with appliances, clothes and toys.
Click HERE to see what has Bex so riled up.
Ooops...wrong link. Click HERE if you want to see more about the biggest thing to happen to Huatulco in years.
Ok, you are all caught up...onto the fotos.
This series of fotos is all about a centipede...Max's first, I think.
Having spotted the insect...
And then having lost sight of it...
The search continues...
Ah ha...
Notice the thumb and forefinger are bent...in a "pick up the centipede" position!!
Onto some Santa Cruz fotos and Max is all geared up so he can go straight into the alberca when we get back to the casa.
Gotta make some pesos for the college fund.
Limbering up? This can mean only one thing!!
It is time to "borrow" the shopping cart!!
Note the small up hill grade?
There are no more shopping cart fotos as it quickly became a down hill grade in reverse. Doph.
Misc fotos...
This is one of the places where you pay your CFE (electric) bill. Note the sign...24 horas.
Max likes to pop in as it is super air con in there, but today it was locked. 24 horas? Kinda like having locks on a 7-11.
One of 5 camionetas I passed on the way to el gimnasio, all selling melons o piñas.
Misc...el gimnasio is a dangerous place. Ayer they had to dispose of a fairly large scorpion, and today they chased a 2 foot iguana out of the baños!!
Viernes already? Have a great Friday.
Marco, Bexico y Max
