Hola hola!! We are happy to report that that was a foto of a niño that slept in...until almost 6am!!! Score!!

Buenos noches and welcome to the jueves update.

A mainly cloudy day, with a few drizzles every now and then.

Great prowl and due to no familia swim, we made it a long one. And after that, home for a huge desyunos and then we were off to Santa Cruz.

Squeezing the INM in before siesta time, but there was no line up so it was a fast process. And of course there was one hiccup. They needed a piece of paper they had given us, and not knowing this, the two pieces of paper were still at home.

But being repeat clients, with Max as our lucky charm, they gave us our tarjetas, cards, and asked that we bring them the papel mañana. Score...we are legit for another year!!

After one foto of Max with some of the senoritas, and with our tarjetas and $10 pesos more for the college fund, we headed home for leche y siesta time.

Even though there was a sleep in, we were thrilled that Max had a long siesta!! And then onto the regular afternoon rutinas.

The familia had their comida and then were off to the Play Palace and after I hit the gym, I headed home to get us set up for the evening.

Great cena, easy tina time and of course a FT con Oma y Opa, and at 720pm, we are half way through round 1 of bed time. Knock on wood...it will be a quick and easy bed time like the past 2 noches!!

Onto the fotos.

At 725am, we are cooling down and gathering our thoughts before the AM prowl.

Silverio y Max are discussing the color amarillo, yellow.

Max knows the colors verde, yellow, pink and red.

And here he is telling Silverio that he knows such colors.

Muy feliz with all his new words, Max shows off his smile.

Senor Serio.

Senor Tonto.

Senor Cansado.

Time for a little shut eye.

Ok, I'm up, I'm up.

Senor Dramático.

Hey Max, which way to the panificadora?

Misc fotos.

Ok, remember I told you about these huge limons Max and I picked? We went back to the same arbol, see below, and grabbed another "limon".

When we got back to the CP gates and showed it to the boys, they laughed. They said it was a naranja, orange. It did kinda smell like an orange.

And when we had our agua dropped off, I asked Victor what the fruta was and he said mandarina limon. Huh? So I looked it up and found something called a Rangpur, but the picture they have of it, is orange, not green like the fruta we picked.

If anyone knows, drop us a line.

Back to the fotos. On the way to el gimnasio you will see this meridian with half its grass cut.

And here is the hombre that will clear the other half, by hand, using a machete. Doph.

Tough gig...lime sales.

On the way home, I saw this unique seat in a pick up. Ouch.

And we end our fotos, with this one of the two amigos.

It wasn't the quickest bed time, but after a few "please sing" from Max and many a verse of Gilligans, Max was plopped into his cuna, where he quickly grabbed my hand, tucked it in under his chins, and promptly fell asleep!!

He is such a character and we are enjoying every moment and are thrilled to see how much he is learning and copying what we say. Talking with Bex and I said "blah, blah blah" and the next thing we hear is Max saying "blah, blah, blah".

Our bi-lingual hijo now knows huevos, helado y sol in both español y ingles!!

Ok, you are caught up. Viernes already? Looking forward to some sol...stay tuned. But it could be worse...have you heard about the disaster in Acapulco? We missed major damage by only 500km or so. Phew.

Have a great viernes.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
