Buenos noches….long day
after spending the night partying with Prince Harry. Ja ja ja
Naaah. All great
here…minus one phone call Bex had from INM. I guess they want more paperwork in
regards to the banking. Huh? I have submitted the same type of paperwork each
year for the past 3, and it has been accepted.
I guess they want to see
“movimeinto”…movement in the account? I hope this means they are not looking
for paycheques or the such. Maybe they want to make sure we are not narcos…drug
dealers?
So Max and I will head
back mañana and see what they need. I am bringing Max so he can distract the
female agent and smooth things over for us!!
Talking about the not so
lil’hombre…what a cutie!! His newest jugete is what I call Rabid Bunny. It is a
plastic conejo that has a built in electronic xylophone as well as 10 buttons of animals,
that when pushed, makes noises and tell you what kind of animal it is.
He loves the toy and why
is it Rabid Bunny? It has red eyes that light up when you push the
buttons…kinda Cujo-like.
Oh did I mention that the
first day he had it, I turn around to make his desayunos and he has managed to
get his il’fingers into the battery lid and pulled out the 3 AA cells. Oh Max!!
Oh company that did not supply a screw to keep the battery lid fastened….doph!!
Hey…maybe we WON”T be
sending Max to and day/play care. Read THIS to see why.
Ahhh, he’d kick some poor
kids butt.
Did some living abroad
housekeeping and will be re-upping our Vancouver storage locker for another
year....or should we wait until we actually "get" our next FM3s? Ja ja ja.
No hoarders here…we have all our Canadian possessions in a 5x5 locker…and
a few suits at mi hermanos.
Last Max tid-bitt…hee hee
hee…Max has been able to stand on his own 2 feet, not holding onto anything,
for between 15-20 seconds at a time. And it doesn’t even look like it is
phasing him..ho-hum. He has shown great balance recovery and even bent down and
got back up. Very exciting times in the Arnold-Van household!! Soon we will not
be able to keep up with him…doph.
Rest of the día? Up extra
early and had our morning rutina. All good and after a quick nap L, we jumped into the camioneta for some secret
business…only to be revealed on 28 de agosto, cumpleaños de madre!!
Sunny day and when we came
home it was great to see madre had hit the alberca. I did the same thing later
in the day…funny how we live in Mexico but after a week or so of no sol, you
just feel blanco. So some sun on the skin for 15 minutes was all I needed…no
more of the 8 hour days laying out on the patio chair!!
Hit the gym and after
seeing Yeu ayer, he showed up hoy for a workout and we chatted it up. Good young
man who is studying languages in university, with a hope of working in an
embassy somewhere in el mundo.
Did not see or talk to Un
Ojo Bob…stay tuned for an update from maestro Bubba.
Short on fotos today…yeah
yeah, I hear ya.
I liked the red on red. The senorita is selling something to someone who is inside a pollo distribution centre.
This iguana let me get within 6 inches of it...muy raro.
Mañana? INM and the pool?
Have a great jueves.
Marco, Bexico y Max
