Crazy day…another 39 like
this and we will need the Ark.
It was pouring all
morning, then stopped before madre took Max for a walk, and then started up
moments after they left. Good thing they were packing un paraguas!!
Hey, Feliz Cumpleaños to
Penelope, hermana de Bexico.
No gym for me today, but I
spent some time working on getting all the paperwork ready for our new FM3s.
What did I discover? My pasaporte expires in abril 2013…doph. I am going to
have to figure out where I get the new one…I am thinking it is Mexico City…stay
tuned.
Wet day and no gym…means a
family outing to Che!! We grabbed some romano parm cheese and hope to duplicate
a Chicken Reggianno’ish for tomorrow’s cena. Small block…$100 pesos…muy caro.
No other scores…no leche
yet…but did grab some brochette res and will make some chunky chili later this
week.
Watched the end of the
taped race. What a great race…even though I knew who won, it was exciting to
see the race as those last laps were awesome!!
It was “no cooking la cena
lunes” here in Huatulco!! The familia headed to Los Portales and had a great
dinner. Max even had his first quesadilla…sin queso as he still has poco
gripe…just a small cold.
Great to get out. Great to
be out with familia as we normally are out one or the other con Max. Great to
have a night off from the cocina!!
And the despues de cena
treat for madre was some frozen yogurt in the Italian section in town.
Max LOVES being out,
spending the time observing EVERYTHING and absorbing as much as the lil’guy
could.
930pm, Max is asleep and
Bex is headed up to the oficina.
Mañana?
Doble duty at el gimnasio and hopefully we see the sun again!!
Only two fotos.
Max found his way into the
bin.
And then figured that he
would try and climb the bookcase and get to the speakers, phone, TV….
Let's just say I put the camera down pretty fast!!
Have a great martes!!
Marco, Bexico y Max
