Buenos noches!!

We are not sure where the day went. It is 915pm, Bex is in the oficina, Max is on his 3rd sueño and I am typing while keeping an eye on the Canucks game and the pelicula, Backdraft.

Biggest news of the día? Max spits out his soother, Houdini’s one hand out of his swaddle…and grabs the soother and sticks it back in his mouth!! His brain is developing every day…soon he will be teaching me español!!

2nd biggest news of the día? Max love to poop in clean pañales!! And how about doing it seconds after we have finished his bath and put on a clean set? Ja ja ja

3rd biggest news of the día? We went to the telas and bought some black fabric and have hung it in the bedroom. Hello to pitch black for his 6pm rutina…and it worked like a charm!!

Bex was up at 8am…not sure what time Max was awake!! Lol

The two of them set up camp in the living room and had some madre/Max tiempo.

We tagged off when I awoke and our timing decisions centered around the 1pm Skype Bex had with a new potential client. So…no gym right away and no walk around centro. Instead Max and I did the Fonatur run and also went to Che.

Can you say “holy chilangos Batman?”. The place was packed and the stockers have not been able to keep up with the sales volume. So we loaded up, hoping to not have to go back for quite a few days.

Next week will be the same and then Huatulco will return to the quiet little town. Max and I haven’t seen that many fair skinned peeps since we left Vancouver!! Ja ja ja

No scores as the place was picked clean…but did find some pepperoni for pizza night!!

Home and I can only imagine what it is like to be a stay at home parent. Unpack the groceries, say hola to Max, put away the pollo say hola to Max, put away the molida res, say hola to Max…etc. Not hating…just stating!!

Max needed some eats, time to wake up Bex anyways…almost time for her Skype.

The Skype went well, a California client, and the meeting has led to some trial (paid!!) work and the potential for a bunch of videos!! Stay tuned.

So Max was tired…time for a short nap, and when he wakes up, madre will take over (after the Skype) and I will go to el gimnasio. Sounds like a good plan eh? Did it happen?

Nope. How about a 90 minute chest nap on padre and then another 30 minutes on madre!! Don’t wake a sleeping niño…he was breathing fine, wasn’t hotter then normal (mismo de padre…we are both hot blooded!!), so we were not worried.

Here he is after the mid-nap transfer from the bedroom and on my chest, to the couch and then onto madre.

3pm rolls around and the lil’hombre wakes up with the funniest look on his face. Kinda the “huh…where have I been? What did I miss? How did I fall asleep con padre and wake up con madre?” look.

We gave him 15 minutes to wake up and then it was off to the alberca. It was an overcast day today…the pool was warm but it was chilly when you were above water!!

The Mark Spitz of the familia had his dunk, shrugged it off and then we bundled him up and took him upstairs.

Normally at 4pm it is waaaay too hot for a Max walk, but with the nube, we headed out…and of course el sol came out a few minutes later!! But we kept in the shade and made the rounds from telas, to the zocalo, hola to the boys and a sleeping Vicky.

And then picked up some verdura. Hilarious the amount of peeps who either said hola to Max by name, or just wanted to tell us how hermoso he is!!

Kinda like these peeps from our condo.

Bev LOVES Max and always wants to check in and see how he is doing. On Thursday they are headed home to Niagara Falls area and told us to email them if we need them to bring anything back with them in July. I sense another shipment of Fibre 1 bars is making its way down. Oh Bex!!

We came home and set up for the rutina and you are pretty much caught up. Pollo para la cena…we are becoming more and more Mexican!! Mañana we have chueltas de cerdo…pork chops.

Misc tid bits...

We gave away some Rice Crispy Squares...until today, I had never seen 5 peeps eats their very first Rice Crispy Square!!

Saw Senor Ricardo of G10...he was at the complex working on getting G10 ready for mis padres.

Misc fotos.

Across the street from our complex.

They ALWAYS change the colchon después de un homicidio.

Sandia…mucha sandia.

Y tiempo para nuevo muelles!!

This hombre is selling matches.

Not sure what our miercoles holds in store. Stay tuned.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bex y Max
