Buenos noches!!
How about these stats…at
930am it was 29,2 grados and 60% humido…that equates to 37,0 grados!!
And when it hit 32,0 y 65%
humido? Ouch…can you say 43,0 grados?
Great day…the condo is
clean, the truck is clean, Max is great and mis padres made it safe and sound.
Now if only Vittel would deliver us some agua!!
Go, go, go day and at 10pm
we find me sorting through 10 fotos (ouch), Max asleep, Bex in the oficina and
mis padres back at their condo after having woken up at 3am for the flight here.
But at least it was direct!!
They landed at 2pm and
after getting collected, we got them into their condo (looks great…gracias R y H)
and after power snoozes all around (hola to Max sleeping on my pecho!!), the 3
of us went to Che to stock up their cupboards.
Of course our Che amigo
was triste that Max was not there…lo siento!!
Showed Oma y Opa the
rutina and it went off without a hitch. Bex had some pillow talk with Max and
lights out!! I understand they might have been talking about Felicity episodes…any
wonder he fell asleep? Ja ja ja
Lomo cerdo para la
cena…most tender pork mi padre has ever had. Frig…hope it wasn’t iguana!
Great to see the folks,
even though we see them almost daily via FT. Hey…got a foto of mi sobrina
riding on a big tuna…or was that un delfín? Seems like another part of the
family has been cruising to Cabo!!
No Max walk today…too late
and too much to do before the trip to the aeropuerto…but mañana we will make it
happen and if mis padres are up for it, they will meet all his novias!! Oh
Max!!
But Max had a great day in
the JJ and on the Einstein and SCORED on some great loot from both mis padres y
mi hermana in Calgary…hey sorry about those Flames…ja ja ja.
He loves the new teether…great
design, and Bex LOVES the sock monkey jack in the box!!
And from mi hermano we received
a shipment of SPF60 lotion for the lil’hombre…who knew Energizer owned Banana
Boat?
Thank you all!!
Mañana…dinner out and then
I am meeting with Roman and Sergio the architect….stay tuned.
Misc…heard our first real
thunder of the season. There were some dark clouds over the montaña and some
good thunder!! No lluvia though.
Fotos.
Tons of construction here in Huatulco. They are making the road from Huatulco to the aeropuerto two lanes in each direction, and here is a foto of a new terminal.
The joke around town is that the "new" highway to Oaxaca will be finished before the Leafs get into the playoffs!! Ja ja ja
Madre y Max waiting for the abuelos.
Ojos diablos.
Two tough cookies!! Nice lentes!!
Well, 3 out of 4 looking at the fotographer is not bad.
Have a great miercoles!!
Marco, Bex y Max
