Hello to all!!! It is Saturday, Sabado…pronounced saba-doh vs the sa-bah-do I had been using…doph.
Last night I found an area on the blog where it shows how many times the blog has been viewed, from what country and even what web browser they are using.
So, some numbers since the blog started in September…
· 1500 total blog views
· 1100 views from Canada
· 214 from USA
· 111 from Mexico (probably us)
· 26 from Denmark…hello Leanne?
· 23 from UK (hello Salcombe peeps!!)
· 14 from Poland
· 12 from Australia (hello Katherine and family as well as Meli)
· 5 from Slovenia
· 3 from Burundi
· 2 from Ireland and Singapore
· and 1 each from France and Israel
Who knew? Welcome to all peeps out there!!
Ok, enough of the stats…here is your taxi photo!!
This is a cab for U2 Norte…not to be confused with a U2 taxi (whose photo is still to come).
A quiet day today. Weather started with some clouds, cleared up and as per usual, clouded over again at 4pm. High of 32 or so and a nice breeze too.
Desayunos (breakfast), Super Che, the gym, a stroll and then off to the alberca (pool). While I was at the gym, Bex spent some time at the internet shop catching up with her life.
Here are some photos from my walk to the gym. I see these guys every Sabado and they are smart to park next to the two very busy comidors (meal carts) in the park.
Playeras $50 pesos....shirts for $4 Cdn
Is this how Calvin Klein got started?
At the alberca, we actually met another resident of the Condos Pacifico. She is Camille and is also from Vancouver. Not sure of all the deets, but she has lived here dos anos and has some ninos.
So it is now 630pm. Time to start boiling the papas and heating the pollo rotizario for la cena.
Manana? The playa and maybe some surfing!!
Will post the blog tonite, hope you are all enjoying a glimpse into life in Huatulco.
Saludos
