Pudge...is that you?
Buenos tardes!! Currently 430pm and the familia has headed out on their bicis, off for a pre-cena tour.
Another sunny day here in Huatulco!! We have had a good day and here are the deets.
The bed time experiment did not work...I came in at 730pm vs the usual 750pm, hoping Max would be asleep in 35 minutos...but instead he decided to stick to 825pm. Oh well.
A good noche, a 1230am pee break and then pretty much asleep until 630am. Score!!
The usual rutinas and then as we were trying to get cleaned up so we could go to Los Portales for hotcakes, someone decided they did not want to put away their jugetes. After several requests, hotcakes were cancelled and I was about to cancel videos when all of a sudden toys were being put away.
One video and then off on the bici we went with the canchas as our destination. Hola hola to the RC carro and we had fun and when it was time to head home to gear up for a familia swim, Max decided he did not want to swim, but wanted to go to the campos.
I confirmed no swimming and he concurred and so off we went. Lots of riding under the hot sun and lots of agua was consumed!!
Zoom zoom through centro, hola hola to Polly and then off to the kiosko to play with the RC carro again. But this time Max did not want anything to do with the remote control, just the carro.
He would play for a few minutos and then I would drive the carro around him and then back to him. He would play again and then I would drive again. All of a sudden we had 3 niños watching and Max was nice enough to let the niños, 3,4 and 8 years old, touch and push his carro.
After a few minutos they were sitting on opposite sides of the kiosko and pushing the carro to each other. It is not that kind of carro, so I was in charge of the remote control and made sure the carro was driving to each group and to each of the 3 niños.
Smiles from the 3 and the usual "Max face" from the lil'man, but he too was having fun and we kept this up for 15 minutos before we had to head home for the leche y libros.
And of course as we puled into the CP grounds, Max told me "I want to go swimming". Of course he did! I promised him an afternoon swim and all was good.
A good siesta, but it did take a little bit longer due to the 630am wake up.
Post siesta I was off to el gimnasio and came home to find the familia headed to the CP alberca. I puttered around and then headed down to join them.
Their afternoon was about making some jugo, eating comida and helping Poppa by doing a "super broom" before I came home.
Off to the alberca and then back upstairs for leche and now, the bici tour.
All caught up...onto the fotos.
Pre-am tour, we were on the 3rd floor landing and Bex was giving away a toy that Max all of a sudden decided he wanted to keep, after having not touched it in 2 years. Here are the looks he gave his madre as he told her he wanted to keep it.
But it went to a good home and he was a-ok with it.

Ah ha...another tapa and this one is really out of shape. The one I fell into was flush with the sidewalk.
Off to the cancha and Max was going zoom zoom with his RC car. He is not smiling, but when I asked him if he was having fun, he did say yes.
Here it is coming at me at full speed!!
We are making progress!! Only a few weeks ago Max would not have ridden his bici to the arbol grande by himself.
And then he zoom zoomed back to Poppa.
Where he posed for some more fotos.
And graced us with una sonrisa.
Waiting for his Poppa to catch up...again.
Eventually everything arrives at your casa and today it was flores.
In the zocalo there were these tents set up and they were promoting well being and even offered Max and I masages!!
Post siesta and Max has zoom zoomed into the cocina to make some jugo fresca!!

Off to the CP albreca, going "sexy"...shirtless. I think he may have leaned out again? Check out the traps on the lil'buffster!!

Buenos noches...and poops in panales is waaaaaay past its time. Onto the baño mi lil'amigo!!!
Post tina time and it sounds like leche y libro time turned into toy and poo time. Yikes.
We had a good dinner but Max is still off the pollo and has now added cerdo to that as well. This is making things interesting. He said he will eat the burger mañana, and I have salmon in the freezer and after that...hola hola to tortillas!!
Clean up and off for a prowl as during the bici tour with Bex, he became pooped out and had to climb into his limo seat on the back of Bex's bici.
A good walk for Bex and I and a run for Max. He can hardly restrain himself and just walk, but when he does, he shows us this defiant face. Funny now...get back to us in a few years!!
Through the zocalo and then he wanted a "carry", but after a few distractions like madre walking ahead of us, then seeing Ciao Ciao, and then having a smoker on front of us, Max managed to walk all the way to our front door!!
Tina time, some more not listening and defiance, an apology and onto toys y poo...and that was our día and maybe waaaaay too much information for you. Ja ja ja
Mañana...last race of the season!!
