Well, that is as close to a smile as you will get today. Funny, not really, but today Max also did not want to say hola hola to anyone. Hmmmm?

Buenos noches!! What? No update from playa Mojon? Nope...ran out of time as most of the afternoon was spent jumping in the olas with my laughing niño as Bex did some surfing!!

Max did a little standing on the board, but after a large olas gave him a mouthful of agua, he was done. But not done in the olas and some 30 minutos later, Poppa was pooped and madre took over!!

So...no time for updating, but here we go!!

Wow...what a way to end the día!! Max had a short siesta and was up at 1pm, 30 minutos shorter then normal. That meant he was not his usual chipper self, but we loaded up and were off to playa Mojon.

A quiet ride...oh oh. And at the top of the dirt road leading to the playa, he started to feel ill. Out came the bucket and it was used as we road down the bumpy road.

But once at the playa, all was pretty much normal.

A pretty good lunch for all, including Bex's favorite hot dawgs...for the 3rd week in a row!! Some playa time, lots of olas time and all was good except when a local land owner, Abel, came by the palapa. He drinks a lot but today looked "dry" and we chatted up for a while and then Bex y Max returned.

The creepy guy went for some lip action with Bex, vs the cheek peck...yikes. And then he tried to shake hands with Max, who wanted none of that, and then when Max tried to get away, Abel did not let go. That set off the water works and they would have normally lasted 5 minutos, but today it was a good 10. Yikes.

Thanks Abel.

But after that it was the olas time, clean up time, a quick bici ride time and then home time. We left at 459pm...on time!!

Pretty quiet ride and Max looked pooped and one minute from home...yakville. Yikes. Home for clean up and cooking la cena, while Max chilled watching some iPad action.

He did not want any dinner, took a few nibbles and said he was ill. He did let out a belch that might have broken windows...and he felt better.

Off to tina time and he felt well enough to eat and eat and eat even more. He finished his dinner and some of my lunch from mañana. Happy he has a full belly...but what a wacky end to the day.

Currently 730pm and like clockwork, Max has had his post tina business and will soon be off to bed, leche y libros already having been completed.

Me? I have 15 minutes to finish this update and then go in and close the show!!

The rest of our day? A good bed time, a good noche and a 630am (yahoo!!) wake up.

Usual rutinas for us, videos, play time, desayunos, a bici tour and then a dip in the CP alberca. Leche y libros and then onto the one hour siesta and off to playa Mojon.

All caught up...onto the fotos.

Doph...I was about to finish the update and then the keyboard stopped working. Huh? I rebooted the MacBook and ta-da. But no time to type before I had to go take care of the revved up one. Oh, he was revved up..."I don't want Poppa"!!

But post familia hug, 20 minutos of rolling around in his cuna, and then 10 minutos of me holding him still...lights out. Phew. Asleep at 820pm bodes well for the noche. Check back mañana.

Ok, NOW we are onto the fotos!!

The facial expressions you receive from Max as he watches his current favorite video.

Poppa...no mas fotos!!

If I stopped taking fotos when ever he did  not smile....you would see waaaay less fotos!!

Touring the CP grounds.

Zoom zoom...now you see him...

Now you don't.

Hot, stinking hot...so we looked for some sombra.

Hmmm...drove through a pile of hojas that Marciano had worked hard collecting, and now they are spread out every where.

This is the look of Max finding out he is about to get off his bici to help put the pile back together.

Driving through the hojas is a-ok, but if we mess up someone else's hard work, we stop to clean it up. "Yes Poppa" was the reply.

Doph, Poppa forgot the mochilla with the aguas in it. Like the good niño he is, Max waits for his Poppa on the green square.

Selfie?

Up onto the bleachers at the campo.

A great breeze up here...blowing on the bandera of Max's casco.

Just chilling? Or counting bandaids?

Construction site?

Yes, but those bloques are also great silla in the sombra!!

Leaving the campo, we came across an hombre wearing a Canucks t-shirt circa 1978-97, the flying skate. We chatted him up and as we left, the hombre says to Max "adios Max". Huh? I had no idea who this guy was, but of course he knew Max!!

The fiesta fotos that never end!! From the crappy Sony DSC W730...Poppa corralling his hijo.

Before heading up up and away!!

He was a-ok, but just to make sure, I jumped in right after he did.

From ayer...some post llanta burn distraction. Hola hola to some helado chocolate.

Off to the parque.

Pensive Max.

Looking up to the hill behind our lot, we saw only blue skies and una nube.

Del mar was tranquilo, but Bex did get on a little surfing.

Looking south-east (I think), we have a mix of arena y piedras.

Another tortuga nest en frente de nuestra property.

Tortuga huevo shell.

This is a dogs paw impression.

One of the many challenges the tortugas have, is that the vagabundos get to them before they can hatch and make it to oceano.

Shhhh...our secret stash of drift wood, to be used for the biggest fin de año bonfire playa Mojon has ever seen!!

My two surfers!!

Misc

As heard coming out of Max's boca as he was swimming in the CP alberca with out a much needed rash guard? "I will just go sexy". Hilarious!!

Ok, another day is done. Off to fold some wash and then hit the sack!!

Have a great jueves y hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
