Buenos días!!

Well...that was an action packed 30 minutos!!

Let's see...we headed out for our bici tour at 915am and headed downstairs for some pre-tour fotos. We managed these 2 exciting fotos...

And then lil'man ran out from behind the plant and with a worried look on his face, he tells me "I love you Poppa". Oh oh...I know this isn't a good thing. The "I love you" is, the worried look....ahhhhh no.

Someone tells me he has to pee so we head back upstairs. He tells me his shorts are wet, but I don't see anything, and we continue. Ahhhh...I was looking at the wrong side of his shorts. Oh well, no need to make him feel bad about it, and accidents happen.

But...Max, when you are not wearing a panale...

His reply? "Ok Poppa...I want to go for a bici ride". Ahhh...can I clean up first?

Downstairs we go again and we manage a few more fotos...check out the expressions. He LOVES his foto being taken eh?

Packing a panza o panzita...small belly.

Fotos completed, Max gets geared up with his bandana and casco, hops on the bici, rides 1 meter, runs over his foot and promptly crashes.

Yikes. He did whack his casco as well as his shoulder, but after a few minutos of tears he will be a-ok. Right?

Ahhhhhhh.....no.

Bex had just woken up and hearing her lil'man crying, she came out to see what was up. We were just about in calm down mode when Max saw his madre and the tears and blubbering were notched back up a few levels.

We tried to go for the ride and made it as far as the "skinny way" trees, but all Max wanted was his madre.

Back home we went and after blubbering to his madre, getting a hug, getting a shot of apple juice medicina, eating a yellow Twizzler and then agreeing to get some more paint at the papeleria, the lil'man was a-ok...back to what we deem normal. Of course he was.

So, at 1010am, the familia has taken a walk to the tienda and when they return it will be swim time and I hope the day gets back on track. Please oh please.

Truth? Of course I feel bad when Max falls. Of course I worry about his injuries and of course I show him empathy and compassion. Of course I have no idea how he runs over his own foot 3 feet into the tour and of course I scratch my head when he cannot calm himself down.

And of course, unseen to mi hijo, I roll my ojos into the back of my head when he la di da's out the door, headed to the papeleria, like absolutely nothing has happened. Of course!!!

As for the first part of our morning? A good bedtime, a good noche and the usual 605am wake up. Onto the usual AM rutinas and that included a big bowl of fruta, some huevos, cereal y yogurt.

Onto clean up and one video and then we were off for the tour....that never happened. Doph.

And now? Off to the pool I hope. Back at you later.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos tardes!! Hola hola to the Patriots vs Lions...NFL domingo!!

We had a good swim and then upstairs for leche y libros and then lights out in less then 20 minutos. All that excitement pooped out the lil'man.

Up at 115pm and onto some cooking and then onto eating comida...with help from his Poppa.

Currently 215pm and the lil'intenso niño has been running around doing speed mopping in the casa. Brushing his own dientes now and in a few minutos, the familia is off to the Cluuuub for some fun in the sun.

Hey...time for the fotos from yesterday's trip to the water slides?

Two muy serio hombres?

Oh, not for long!!

After watching his Poppa break out some awesome dance moves....so awesome that Max had to look at his madre in awe...Max is deciding to break out some of his own.

Having managed to get Max's shorts on, madre decides to get in on the action and break out a few of her high school prom moves. I wonder if she still has her dress in storage?

Zoom zoom.

In the back area of the slides, there is a niño area and an area where you can pick up something for la cena.

We don't eat gato...but Max "el gato whisperer" Van, has a new amiga.

And then el gato ends up with the wind blown look.

Oh, that would have been Max putting leaves on her.

And then when it was time to go, he left her with an "adios kitty".

No other way to describe this next foto other then calling it what it is...the magic hoja.

Time for the tranquilo afternoon and then at 515pm I will be cooking camarones with Max!!

Back at you post tina time.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! We are almost to the end of another día here in Huatulco. Sunny and warm all day...sometimes a little hot when the viento died out. We are currently averaging lows of 26,0 and highs of 32,0 with a 70% humido...mas o menos.

The familia had a fun time at the Cluuuuub and then were home at 5pm so the lil'man could help his Poppa cook. And he was one eager sous chef tonight!!

He cooked the arroz and was in charge of getting the camarones into the fry pan and then flipping them over.

He cooked them...but did not eat them, even after Bex tried her new trick of grating them. Too chewy for Max...doph.

But he ate lots of pan, arroz, jitomate, broccoli and elote dorado, corn.

Some yogurt, a video during clean up and then we all piled out for a post cena prowl. No bici ride at night as he has fallen more then normal...but he understood and we will give it another go mañana.

Tina time about to end and then onto leche, libros and bedtime...hoping for 825pm or earlier por favor!!

All caught up...have a great noche y hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
