Lets start with a three pack of Max Pedro.

Buenos tardes!! Currently 130pm and I have scored the pre-race show and have settled in for a full afternoon!!

Not sure why, but Max had a short siesta and has been a lil'crusty during his 30 minutos of being semi-awake. You know he isn't himself when he declines a piece of pan de platano from his favorite baker.

Madre is practicing her patience with this lil'sad man who has been upset about the banana bread, Bex flipping the huevo he was cooking and right now he is upset about seeing his hoja in the basura.

And what is this about a red throat? Please oh please do not have a sore throat.

Ok, into his high chair, in front of the TV and watching Tractor Tom while eating his comida, the one he did not want 1 minuto ago. All seems a-ok. Phew.

Post comida, back to race day domingo for Bubba...niño comes first. Hello!!

The rest of the día? It started last night when at 10pm the front door opened and Bex was back from her night out. Huh? I guess none of the amigas showed up and/or let Bex know they were not coming. Yikes.

But Bex enjoyed the new restaurante and the familia will go back and try it out.

So as I was headed off for Max watch, Bex came home with a loot bag from Oxxo. Score!!

We had a good noche other then Max waking up at 5am and calling out for his Momma. Oh he loves his Momma!!

But 5am was not going to happen and into bed, some man snugs and we slept until 6am. Phew. Leche and then videos at 630am and Bubba was up at 715am.

Usual rutinas for The Boys and Max ate a huge breakfast...all good!! After play time and desayunos we had some Shawn the Train videos, keeping Max calm while we got ready for our bici tour.

Out the door for an hour of touring around town and then home for leche and then off to the CP alberca for some familia swim and defiant time. Oh Max.

Upstairs for more leche and then some libros and the 60 minuto siesta.

All caught up, onto the fotos.

Lil'Max loves his bici.

But he does not like this arbol and its "ankles"...angles.

But it passed the kick test and we were able to continue on.

And then we spent 5 minutos doing circles.

We needed to go down a rampa and cross the calle, but to avoid the camera, Max decided going in reverse was the answer. He even made the beep beep beep noise.

Hmmmm...what is behind this fence?

Lots of dirt...perfect for kicking up some polvo!! Two things to keep an eye on...the dust and the satisfaction and determination that shows on Max's face.

What? Some genuine smiles? Score!!

And what caused those sonrisas? Hello...a Tsuru with not one, but two flat tires!! And what else makes Max smile? Ayer we were in the panificadora looking at pan de platano and the slices they had were old.

The baker saw us and asked us if we wanted fresh piezas. Hello!! We followed him to the back of the bakery and Max had the HUGE smile on his face as "his baker" cut us off 2 slices.

Oh Max does smile more often, but he is definitely in the serious stage of his young life.

Local flores.

Pee break completed, time to kick back with some leche before heading down to the CP alberca.

Ok, we have come down from DEFCON 3 and all is tranquilo...muchos gracias Tractor Tom and those oh so silly sheep!!

Time for a relaxing afternoon...some casa clean up, the race and then an easy cena.

Back at you post tina time.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! Post tina time and we wait for biz...oh Max!! We all had a good afternoon, Bex y Max at the Cluuuub and Poppa at home watching some racing and working on my resume. Yikes.

But, with 16 laps left in the 2nd to last race, where the Chase group goes from 8 to 4, I had to go start cooking la cena. So if I get finished this update soon...I might be watching the end of the race before The Niño Whisperer goes in to close the show!!

Good dinner and Max ate another full plate, and of course this happened after he told us he was full and there was 1/2 a plateful left. Of course!!

Clean up, some Shawn the Train videos and then off for a post cena tour. Oh yes, we took the bici out!! A little more attention is needed, but Max loves the bici and when we get him to the school yard he can zoom zoom as it is a lighted area.

Off to the zocalo and with so much going on at 645pm, Max would have loved to stay out longer, as would have his padres. But...tina time was waiting for us.

Biz done, onto leche y libros and I am betting on a 825pm lights out!!

Before we go...a few late addition fotos.

Before heading out with madre, Max has decided to join his padre for a lay down and watch some Nascar. Did I mention that if you ask Max who his favorite driver is, he will say Jimmy Johns...and sometimes he will say the name correctly...Jimmy Johnston.

With madre snapping away (50 fotos in 2 minutos), time for The Boys to get cute.

Or to have Poppa lay a beso on his hijo.

Or for Poppa to snore in Max's ear, which makes him giggle.

And giggle some more.

And some more.

Until he too falls asleep.

Like normal, he is quickly awake again.

Both Boys attention is drawn to some serious racing!!

Ok, you are all caught up.

Have a great lunes y hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
