That would be the lil'man headed to the CP showers to wash off muy sucio bici!! Lots of polvo from his playing at the campo!!

Buenos tardes!! Currently 210pm and the familia has gathered around their comida, with one ojo on the TV because Caillou is busy scuba diving. Oh course he is.

Something we scratch our heads at? More often then not, Max wakes up from his siesta and for the next 30 minutos is one unhappy niño. Super Crusty is another way to look at it. I have never seen someone on the edge of hysterics because the yolk on the huevo he is cooking has broken.

Super Crusty=Super Head Scratcher. Niños!!

Post Caillou...hola hola to NFL domingo for Poppa!!

As for the start of our día... the usual 825pm bedtime and we seemed to have hit our stride in regards to the noche.

A 1230am pee break, manos at 515am and up for good at 625am. Score!! The usual morning rutinas...and after our pan frances, it was off for a bici tour. A nice tours around the far end of centro and then we had a pit stop to buy some fruta for desayunos.

Home for leche and a change and off to the CP alberca for a good swim. Bex joined us post bici ride and then we were off for leche y libros and a good siesta.

And ta-da, our día so far...onto some fotos.

Waiting for Poppa to catch up.

After washing the bici, Max is all geared up and ready to go.

But first, another of many lanta inspections.

Checking out the canal that runs below.

Señor Curio.

Max's favorite rampa.

And before heading down, he takes a deep breath and then launches himself!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Spotted on the bici tour....

Hmmmm...who is your target customer when none of the locals have a yard to plant these in?

Pit stopped next to a comedor economico.

Yes, there is an hombre behind the dusters, baskets and niño rocker. Spanish lesson? The hombre is walking past a sign that advertises una polleria, chicken store, and is about to pass by the relojeria, watch store.

Almost tranquilo time!!

Back at you post tina time!!

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches...the end of the día is near!! Tina time is under way...yahoo!!

The familia had a great time at playa Santa Cruz, with Max playing with an 11 or 12 year old Mexicano niño who seems to be a good amigo and knows how to play with a 3 year old because he has 3 hermanos.

Home around 5pm and Max headed off to World Word and after an afternoon of light cleaning, sitting on my butt watching the NFL, and prepping la cena, it was time for me to put it in overdrive.

Oh so good lomo cerdo with gravy and smashed papas. Some salmon y arroz for Max and even though he stood up for the complete dinner time, he had seconds of papas con gravy and the salmon. Score.

Business done, a panale pit stop and then onto dessert and one video. Bex was busy cleaning up and we finished pretty much at the same time and then headed out for the post cena familia prowl.

More walking then running...we are making progress...and then the prowl became a "carry" until madre decided that 17 extra kilos was no longer in the cards!! Max then walked home and here we are!!

Tina time over...onto leche y libros!!

Have a great lunes y hasta mañana.

"I see you"...as spoken by Max.

Buenos noches!! Well...that was a wacky afternoon...for all of us!!

Max should have gone pee before he left the casa. But first, he calls an audible and does NOT want to ride his bici to Che...too far. Bici back upstairs and madre limos the lil'man on her bici.

Once near Che...he has to pee. Of course he does. But will he go into the public baño at Che? Ahhhhh....no. He has a phobia about the sound the toilet makes when it flushes. Yup...serio.

He goes into hysterics...he has to pee but won't go. Bex makes the call and they head home to pee...plans for playing on the playa are now cancelled.

Max holds his pee and Niagara Falls happens when they get home. Post pee...off to the campo.

Meanwhile...I was to meet Tony at 330pm at the Pemex in Santa Cruz. Of course he is late and meanwhile an hombre has come to me and asked me if I am Marcos. He is the Captain of the lancha, boat, we are to be going on.

Huh? Boat? I thought we were doing a little snorkeling off the playa. Ahhhhh....no.

Now with Tony late, there is NO way I am going to be home by 5pm and have dinner ready for 530pm. That, and I have no way to tell Bex I will be home later then that.

I jump on Tony's moto and search playa Chahue...ahhhhhh, the familia is at Che trying to pee. I head home and leave a note for them and then get back to the harbour.

I need to be on shore at 515pm and everyone is a-ok with that. Off we go, the 4 of us, and we head off shore to some rocks and in we go. We swam for 30 minutos or so and I saw a ton of fish as well as a stingray. And right about then I started getting motion sick from laying on the top and looking into the water.

Back to the boat and we went to playa Entrega to relax before the Boys dropped me off at Santa Cruz.

I said sorry, but they were a-ok...tranquilowe. Me? My stomach did not feel normal for another hour!!

I came home and the familia arrived 5 minutos later, having received my note while they were in for the pee break.

I cooked la cena and managed to eat my meal about 15 minutos after everyone had started theirs. Yikes...motion sickness.

Max ate most of his cena while standing up again...huh? But he ate a huge plateful and made room in his belly 1/2 way through. Ja ja ja

Post dinner check up? Padre not 100%, madre still scratching her head about Max's phobia and Max ready to take on the world. Ok...we stay home and Max plays with his toys!!

Early tina time, off to lots of libros and then onto tranquilo time in the bedroom. I have 14 minutos before I go in to close the show. Hola hola to another 825pm!!

As for the first part of our día? A great bedtime and noche as well as a 620am wake up!!

Usual morning rutinas for us...leche, videos, Palacio time and then off for a bici tour. Pit stop for pesos and then quickly spent some on some Crown and another pair of tenis para Max.

Home for leche and then a change into pool gear and off we went to the CP alberca. Madre joined us for a few minutos and then The Boys finished off before heading upstairs for more leche and some libros tambien.

A good siesta and then off to bake some more banana muffins...attempt #52 I think. Bex y Max have sure figured out how to make the tops of the panque yummy!!

I was off to el gimnasio and came home just in time to say hasta pronto the familia, and to keep some ojos on Max as Bex went back upstairs to store his bici....no ride for Max who said he was tired....after having done no post siesta physical activities of any sorts. Oh Max.

And I think that was our day....so onto the fotos!!

If I promised to be quick, I was allowed to take a few fotos before our bici tour.

Giving some peeps the serious ojos.

Smiles abound Max waits for Poppa to retrieve the llaves for the camioneta verde.

Max really wanted to see me fill up the windshield fluid and ayer I went to Che and found some. With a cold motor, we found a safe place for Max to observe. And once it was full...hola hola to a test of the wipers!!

Zoom zoom, followed by Geronimo!!

Not sure, but I think he did get some aire on that jump!!

Tough to tell, but Max was excited to see the motor had been replaced in this 4x4.

Most peeps here do not have front or back yards, thus you find perros on the roof.

Pit stop at the zapatería, shoe store.

For shoes...and Cheerios of course.

Hmmm...Poppa is busy taking fotos....time to find some more pasas!!

Score!!

Ok, off to take care of the lil'man.

Have a great domingo y hasta mañana.

And every now and then, His Highness graces me with a foto of his face!!

Buenos tardes!! Wow...happy happy happy. Another sun filled day and at 420pm, the familia is off at playa Santa Cruz. But first they had a pit stop into Che, where Poppa just happened to be and heard this voice call out "Poppa, Poppa, Poppa". Great to be surprised by mi familia!!

I had been at el gimnasio, had the truck washed while working out, and then headed to Che to grab a list of things we could not find during our AM trip to Soriana.

As for the rest of the día...a nice rutina of Max falling asleep at 825pm...sin manos...and then awake at 2pm for pee, 5am to see if Poppa was around, and then awake for good at 620pm. Wow...a sleep in!! Ja ja ja

The usual morning...leche, videos, Palacio for desayunos and play time, and then off to say hola to Pablo. Not only is he going to fix the rust, he is going to fix some side tubing that was bent when I rant into a mound of ice...while in Toronto many moons ago. There goes another $300 pesos!!

Off to Sorianas and then home for a dip in the CP alberca. Brrrrr....after last night's 25,0 grados, the pool was nippy chilly!!

Upstairs for leche y libros and then onto a siesta...and at 130pm when Max woke up...he was in his Poppa's arms. Old school siesta!!

Max was off to cook another huevo with his madre, and I was off to el gimnasio.

And I think that is about where we started this update.

Another no foto día...but I did manage to score a few during yesterday's pre-cena prowl with the lil'man.

And with Pedro Pollo in hand, off we go.

We made it to the parking lot...Max had something on his mind.

His favorite rocks...the "boobies" as he calls them. I wonder where he learned that from?

The cursed tapa is loose again. I asked Ernesto to call Fonatur to take care of it.

Off to a banco at the escuela...the perfect place to sit and avoid eye contact.

For a while that is...gotcha!!

And his reply to having his foto taken. Oh tonto Max!!

No problems with his eye sight, but something very small has caught the attention of Señor Curio.

It was a semilla...a dandelion seed, the ones that float around carried by the viento.

Well hola hola Polly.

From the walk to el gimnasio...a llanta delivery hombre on his 50cc moto.

Ok, off to get some fries into the horno and tonight we have a 630pm cita con Doc Vicky...Max's skin bumps are better on his face, but today they seem to be much worse on his legs. Off we go to see what prognosis #2 is!!

See you post tina time.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! Go go go...welcome to our world!! We had some tranquilo time once the familia came back from the playa, and then it was onto la cena and with Max deciding he needed to do some business the moment his plato of bassa was served...he ate his cena standing up. Oh Max!!

Clean up of both the casa and Max, and then out the door we went. Max and I zoom zoomed on the bici and madre caught up to us by the escuela.

A short wait for the doctora and she seemed a little puzzled. Max's "bumps" have mostly cleared up around his facial cheeks, but his chest and legs are the worse they have been.

A new crema, the same suspension, a free visit and we are set up for lunes if it is not better.

Zoom zoom through the zocalo, but  not before Max had everyone on the waiting room laughing. Then onto the farmacia to pick up the new crema. Home for tina time and in 2 minutos...The Niño Whisperer takes over. Buen suerte Poppa!!

Mañana? Snorkling with mi amigo Tony.

Last but not least...courtesy of Bex.

In regards to myself, I wonder which one, if not both, she is referring to....hmmmm. Ja ja ja

Buen fin de semana y hasta mañana.
