Max, already day dreaming about when he will be able to play fútbol!!

Buenos tardes!! A hot afternoon here in Huatulco...33,0...feels like 45,0. The familia just headed out on the bici, off to visit a palacio and look for some niñõs to play with.

So...a perfect time to jot down a few notes and share a ton of fotos with you.

Bed time update? Horrible bed time...Bex for 30 minutos, Poppa for 50 and then Bex for another 40. The last 40 was actually only 10 minutos, but then she fell asleep. Oh Bex!! Ja ja ja

A good sleep after that and true to form, later bed time, earlier wake up. Hola hola to 550am.

The usual morning rutinas for us, and I think Max sensed that yesterday's could have gone smoother, so he was a charm during desayunos.

As for the tour...it started off shaky. Someone doesn't listen well and also gets distracted very easily. So...half way across a busy calle, Max does not listen to me asking him to hurry up and stay with his padre, and then he pretty much stops in a lane, looks over his shoulder and stares at a taxi.

Hello...light about to turn verde. The "MAX!!" woke him up and then I get the "why are you so loud?" look from him.

And of course he does not have a care in the world when it comes to racing down crowded sidewalks...watch your feet peeps...and if he sees something that catches his ojos, no need to stop riding, just look behind.

He is just a niño, he is just a niño....

We had a good conversation, it ended with a "yes Poppa" and then we were off to the campo and then a tour through centro. We brought 2 chico bottles of agua with us...and they were gone by the time we made it home.

Pit stop for pollo, some verdura and then off to the arbol de limon so we could pick some fresh ones for tonight's cena, Bubba quesadillas!!

Libros and a ton of leche and then lights out...1130am sharp. Perfecto!! And after 90 minutos of siesta, he stirred, looked at his Poppa and then went back to sleep for another 20. Why can he not do that at night?

Post siesta I was off to el gimnasio and then a dip in the CP alberca...familia swim!! Max y madre cooked up the pollo for tonight, had their comida and then were off to the pool.

Max swam for some 90 minutos, including treading water, going under to blow out bubbles, treading water, back under to blow out bubbles etc...for over 5 minutos.

Bubba left to get the casa ready for tonight, and after more leche and a tea break for madre, off they went.

So...onto the fotos.

Pre-tour facial expressions.

And after turning the bici into a caballo, off we go.

Dos trabajadores putting up a palapa.

Safety first. Yikes.

Poppa, don't worry about me and the deep ravine, I will be fine and will meet you up there.

Like that happened...not. Speedy Max Van.

We went to the one campo with grass and sombra and I sent Max to go touch the arbol with the white base. This is as far as he got.

Before the sights and sound of the lawn mower made him hightail it back.

Or maybe...he knew someone else was going to be heading to the arbol? Oh dude!!

Kicking up some polvo, dust.

Intenso Max!!

Tonto Max?

Why, hello Polly. I have been practicing being suave. May I show you?

Something has caught Max's attention.

It was a break dance practice in the kiosko...serious.

Sure, you can break dance...but can you do this?

And a few from the walk to el gimnasio.

They LOVE their mangos down here and will do almost anything to get a free one from the arbol in front of their casa.

After watching this guy work, there will be NO more complaining about the heat!!

Of course, if I had to choose a job in furniture sales, I could lug around the sillas, or like this next hombre...

Just set up shop on a traffic island!!! Gotta love Mexico!!

Ok, that is it mis amigos. Have a great domingo...we are off to playa Mojon...camarones on the playa!!

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
