Max y Tony Caballo doing a little AM prowl posing.

Buenos días!! With the lil'man fast asleep next to me, and a trip planned to playa Mojon, it is time to update the day...so I can watch the race when we come home tonight!!

A good sleep and a 550am wake up. Usual morning for the boys, but due to the earlier wake up, Max was confused why we were no watching videos right away. Wake up after 615am, onto videos, before 615am and we have some tranquilo (yeah right) time first.

Into the palacio at 715am and then onto desayunos at 8am. It was a busy breakfast as not only did we eat all of our frutas y huevos, we had some Bran con Pasas, yogurt y Gerber prunes. And in between all of that we cooked our arroz para la cena and some more hard boiled huevos for Poppa.

You'd think Max had enough to eat...ahhhhh no. On the prowl he ate almost a 2 day walk supply of Cheerios y pasas!!

Post desayunos it was clean up, hola hola to madre and then out the door.

Good prowl, lots of agua needed, and we saw lots of tourists in town. More on that later.

Home for leche (2.5 bottles), libros and then siesta time. Max will probably be awake around 1pm, we will eat some comida and then off to playa Mojon!!

So, onto the fotos.

Having loaded Max's dining vessel (highchair) into the camioneta verde, it was time for the first foto of the day. Max is thrilled.

But now that he knows we are on our way...ta da, una sonrisa!!

Pit stop at the panificadora for some bollos for lunch and dinner, as well as some pan de plátano, banana bread.

These are the looks you get when Max instinctively grabs a seat at the first stoop he finds, expecting to eat some pan, and then finds out it is a treat for the playa.

But load him up with Cheerios y pasas, and all is well. So much so, time to hang like a monkey!!

But wait, something has caught his attention...again.

The señorita is getting the full scope from Max Van.

Hmmmmmm thinks Max. Oh Max!!

Either he is still in awe...

Or he has a pasa stuck in his dientes.

Shhhhh...a tender moment for Max y Tony Caballo.

Ok, you are all caught up.

Oh yeah...why are we seeing so many Mexican touristas this week, only a week after the Semana Santa holidays were over?

Hello...Cinco de Mayo!!! No, it is not Independence Day, but rather celebrates the day the Mexican Army defeated the French in the Battle of Puebla.

So, many peeps have taken a long weekend and have come to Huatulco for it's heat and playas!!

Time for a power snooze and I will finish this off tonight, in case there is anything exciting to add.

Hasta pronto.

Buenos noches!! We have made it home safe and sound, and with Max fast asleep, Bex is headed out for some laps in the CP alberca and Bubba is watching the race. Score!!

Happy to report that Max was tired tonight...lights out 25 minutos after Poppa came in to take over for Bex. Phew!!

Mañana we will post the playa Mojon fotos...lots of change. It is definitely about to become rainy season as the water pouring out of the Rio Copalita is dirt brown, the olas have moved in shore another 5 meters, all the sand is gone and re[placed with rocks and the wind was coming out of the north-west vs south-east. And it was howling today...bbq'ing in a hurricane.

Max was great coming and going...phew!!

Ok, time to post this and kick back.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
