Hola mis amigos!!

Max has finished feeding himself his cena.

And he has now hit the sack, so it is time for an update of our día.

What a great day!! Max and I had a fairly successful overnight shift, followed by the AM rutina.

Hoy, el gimnasio was cerrado…taking today off in lieu of lunes. And without going to the gym that leaves tons of time for Mojon.

So right after we wake up from our first siesta, load up the truck and off we go. Thanks to madre getting us ready while the boys slept, it was a breeze to get ready to go!!

Thirty minutes to Mojon and on the way we discover what has been bothering Max. His first molar is coming in and it is causing him some grief. It is probably why he was not thrilled with his desayunos today, just to sore to eat.

Quick pit stop at Copalita, where the military conducted a VERY brief search of my knapsack and drivers seat, and then we were on our way.

Great to see the work Roman and team completed on the lot.

The team will still clear the left side of the lot.

But we have a new roof and they filled in any sand that was washed out during storm season.

Home sweet home!!

With a 30 minute drive to Mojon and 30 minutes back, we had about 2 hours before Max would need his nap. He is a creature of habit and that means he won’t get a good nap unless he is home. On our list of goals is for him to be able to take his nap at Mojon so we can make a complete day of it.

Better yet…let’s build a casa and move there!! Stay tuned.

Here are the Mojon fotos…for about 5 minutes, the lil’guy was timido about the olas, and then went gangbusters. He was running up and down the playa and in and out of the water.

The lil’guy LOVES the playa and even managed to spend some time on the boogie board!!

We bumped into Roman as he strolled the playa. He has moved from the centro and now lives at Mojon full time. Him and I chatted up the internet, a tope in the process of us building and living at Mojon.

Without internet, it just will not work for us as Bex needs it for her work.

Any who…Roman tells me that Jesus is coming to Mojon to discuss a wireless system that would cover the playa area, and wanted to know if I would be interested in participating.

If all the tests are completed and the speed is what we need, we would be in. But…this being Huatulco, I don’t hold my breath.

I mentioned to Roman the idea of contacting the current internet supplier and getting an upgrade for a month and then conducting a speed test. He had an ah-ha moment and liked the idea and will contact Hughsnet and see if it can be arranged. Stay tuned.

The familia wrapped up our beach time, rinsed off the sand and loaded up the camioneta and we were on the way home.

We were in Max’s “nap window” and as we started home, he was fighting off sleep anyway he could.

And then one of the rarest moments occurred…Max actually fell asleep in his car seat!! I see these parents with fast asleep kids in their strollers or carrying them…that isn’t our lil’guy. He is one WIDE awake lil’guy, so it was nice to see him catch his zzzzz’s.

We made good time and let Max sleep in the truck until he woke up.

Padre unpacked and then got the casa ready for the PM rutina, while madre y Max went for a walk.

Yummy Chef Bex pizza for la cena and you are all caught up.

945pm, lil’guy is asleep and Bex is working hard on a few possible jobs.

Mañana? Nascar season is over…hola to the NFL!! Futbol domingo!! Ja ja ja

Have a great Sunday!!

Marco, Bexico
