Hi ho, hi ho, tomorrow off to the Doctor I go!!

Yup, I am not getting better and this cough is driving me loco!! More meds today…an interesting experience. The active ingredient in my Neo Citron that helps you to stop coughing, is dextromethorphan hydrobromide and here in Mexico, you can buy that as a solo medicine.

So I have grabbed a bottle and will be sipping that tonight while trying to get some sleep.

But mañana, gotta go get this looked at…stay tuned.

(post production update...spell check is not working....lo siento for any mistakes you see.)

Another tranquilo day as the 3 of us try to recooperate. Max’s cold sounds a little worse, but he is loading up on fluids and his energy level sure hasn’t dropped off. Phew.

So not a lot of activity to report on, but we did 2 familia walks today, a rare treat.

The first one included a visit to una estancia infantile, daycare, just to suss it out. Let’s be clear here, we have NO need to put Max in daycare, other then we want him to play with otro niños.

Heck, if we do put him in, it will be for one or two times a week, for only 2 hours at a time…and we will probably stay and watch!!

With my gripe, I waited outside and Bex y Max did all the talking. We took it as a good sign when they found out Max was poco enfermo, they shooed all the muy curioso niños away.

Bex asked all the questions and received all the answers…todo en español!! The teachers only speak Spanish and we are cool with that. Max learns some español at home and all he hears when we are out is Spanish…all good.

What made me laugh was when Bex was done and came out with Max, she told me that the maestra was amazed that Max was only one years old.

I guess they have a room for the under 3 years old and another for above, and Max is waaaay more mentally and physically developed then the 1 year olds they are used to seeing.

He was walking, pushing sillas around and just being himself. And he looked very eager to get in the group and starting saying hola…head taps and hugs for all!!

So once we are all well and he has had his next set of vacunas, we will look into this idea…stay tuned.

OK…it has been a while since you have seen the lil’guy…unless you are an abuleo and have been Skyped or FT’d. So here come a blast of fotos….enjoy.

Milk is Batman's secret advantage!!

Daydream believer.

Time for a little read.

As we headed out for our 2nd familia walk of the day, a few of Max's novias posed for fotos.

And off we went on our adventure!!

In these next few fotos, look at the expressions on the lil'guys face. You'd think he was watching a tightrope walker.

Close. It was a guy from CFE working on the lines. Note the foot rigging used to climb the poste...no cherry pickers here!!

Some great shots taken by my partner.

See one of these speakers, Max stops. Hear one of these speakers playing tunes?

First he looks to see if he has an audience.

Then he looks to his padre for the "all clear".

And now it is time to boogie!! Up, down, up down...

Music over? He's outta there...padre in sprint mode quickly picks up the chase.

Off to the zocalo.

Look at color of Max's cabello (hair) vs the background. Wild!!

WFSITBOTT?

Zapotos y mas zapotos...shoes y sandals. True story...saw a guy with one leg looking for shoes.

Mi familia.

Have a great viernes!!

Marco, Bexico y Max
