Day one of snowboarding at Whistler!!

Bad weather and traffic in Vancouver, so we met up with Melon shortly despues 11am. Prior to that, Bexico and I had some stellar runs in the fresh powder.

Sorry to say that after a few runs with Kent, the weather warmed up dramatically and the fresh powder became concrete. The peeps at Cruz Azul would have been proud, but too much work for us.

The bigger issue was that the alpine was closed so we were stuck below the freezing level. Manana we are hoping that “our” chair and secreto run are open because it will be sweet!!

So we packed it up early and hit the Longhorn for some “legendary” nachos. At $17…legendary might not be the word. Lol Thanks for picking up the tab Senor Melon!!

Ahora (now)? Some frosties, kick back and chill. Esta noches? Carne Viernes at MS and the new 20% discount (vs 40%), Hey…20% is better then nothing.

Just gave Melon his gift. Here are the photos. The first one is of me howling after giving him the “demo” and the second one has Kent still looking dazed at what we gave him. For the young’ens, we have fogged out some privado parts.

530pm...Canucks up 2-1 over Capitals with 7 minutes left in segundo period!!

We are back from a great dinner at MS and watching a DVD...Grown Ups...funny (and stupid) stuff.
