Lil'Max waiting for a ride.
Buenos tardes. How is this for a super sunny afternoon?
Shorter siesta and then the lil'man kinda wakes up and actually punches me in the jaw. I don't think he was awake and after a "sorry Poppa" he laid a beso on my leg.
But all was good and after a quick comida I was off to el gimnasio, pit stopped on the way home to grab some molida res, then grabbed a red pepper for mañana's fajitas and then came home to the empty casa.
Max y Bex are at a pool shin dig and will be back at 530pm for Polish salchicha sábado. But they left me a plate of doughy (?) panque de plátano to munch on...muchos gracias.
Empty casa? Time to clean up, eat some panque, throw on some surf shorts and have a relaxer in the deserted CP alberca!!
And then back upstairs to watch a Nationwide race on the tele, eat more panque and now I sit on the banco with one ojo on the tele and one on the blog update. Rough afternoon eh?
As for the rest of the día...we scored on another no wake up noche!! Yahoo!! Even after a post cena bici tour and a 715pm start of bed time, it still took 70 minutos for the lil'man to finally call it quits on the día.
The sleep goggles helped...but I realized Max is keeping his ojos open under the gafas. How do I know this? He tells me the gafas are rubbing his eyeballs. Oh Max. Get him to keep the eyes closed and sleep arrived...phew.
Onto the morning of cuna time until video time, and post video time we had tranquilo time in the palacio before moving into the cocina for the huge desayunos.
Finished early again...I like that...and we geared up and went for a looooong bici tour. All the way into the industrial section, hola hola to a few of mi amigos, grabbed the tenis I had left for repair, showed off Max's bicing skills to a bunch of peeps, and then headed home for a 15 minuto swim in the CP alberca.
Madre came down with a towel, we shorted up, grabbed the bici and headed upstairs for leche, libros and the shorter siesta.
And as you are all caught up...onto the fotos.
Ok...readers be warned...there a ton of fotos coming and some may look similar...but check out the expressions as each one is único, unique. And no one has ever called me an editor!!
Our 3rd landing pre-tour poses.
Limbering up.
Limbered up...time to show off the flex.
Ok Poppa...enough with the fotos...let's go!!
Max wants to ride the grua, Max rides the grua.
And then thinks it is a jungle gym.
Hey Max, what up with your manos?
Doph.
We were across the calle from Los Gallos where the peeps all know us. We moseyed across the calle and the hombre working said hola hola and soaped up Max's manos as I held him up and washed them in their hand sink. Ta da...and we continued on.
This looks like Max is about to perform his first stunt...the quick stop.
Rear wheel off the calle.
Dead stop.
The jewels must be ok (panale protected?) as Max is smiling. Oh Max.
Waiting for his Poppa to catch up.
Max on the transporter.
Poppa...what that?
Vulcanizadora...a taller, shop, where they offer tire repairs.
No, Max is not being lured into a taxi. This is one of his MANY taxi amigos trying to get Max to say hola hola and give him a choque.
Wanting to ensure Max slept during the siesta (maybe it did not work?), I sent Max on an energy burning mission...catch the palomas in the heavy grass.
Pooped out, the lil'man returns to his Poppa.
Ok, finished with all the fotos. That wasn't too painful was it?
Time to go cook up some cena. I will finish this off esta noche.
Hasta pronto.
Buenos noches!! Round 1 of bed time is under way after a successful dinner, clean up, bici tour and tina time. There were some 520pm tears...Max wanted to eat helado right away as opposed to after la cena. But...a little Nationwide racing distraction and all was ok.
A fun tour, as usual, and then home to nurse the lil'tired man through until bed time. Knock on wood that he is not over tired...and that it is lights out soon!!
And our Max day is drawing to a close. Bex has tons of work on the go, so her noche is just about to start!! More cafe please.
Mañana...hola hola to race domingo and the rest of our usual rutinas.
Have a great día y hasta mañana.
Marco, Bexico y Max
