Buenos tardes. After another hot and mainly sunny day, the nube obscura have rolled in and it is pretty grey out there. No lluvia yet...but I have heard some thunder.

Not much to report from Huatulco. A good sleep last night...awake at 550am...on the bed next to Poppa. Oh Max. Some 30 minutos of mid-noche wackiness at 1220am and then a "in your arms" request at 330am and that led to a plop into the recamara so we could both get some sleep.

Not sure what up with that as I have not had a noche like that in a long time. Happy for the 550am wake up and then onto our normal rutinas.

Videos, tranquilo time, huge desayunos and then off for a quick prowl to the tienda de fruta y verdura, before loading up the camioneta verde for recycling and the Che run.

Not sure where he gets the energy from, but Max essentially runs up and down the aisles of Che...non-stop. He will stay with in eyesight but only stops running if I ask him to help me load something into the grocery cart.

It was a small list as we headed into Che, but scored on lots of extra items we found, so it was a full cart when we left.

Hola hola to cheddar cheese, Frank's hot sauce and some kettle chips!!

Home for leche, libros and a siesta that started at 1115am and ended 2 hours later. Score!!

I was off to el gimnaiso and then a quiet prowl through town. ¿Por que tranquilo? Hola hola to the partido de futbol...Mexico vs Brazil.

All the taxi sites were in TV mode.

As was Silverio's chico tele in the guard's gate.

Some tranquilo time, clean up time and just about time to cook Bubba quesadillas.

Post siesta, the familia cooked up the filetes de pollo for tonight's dinner, ate their comida and I think they made their way to the playa, the Cluuub at Playa Chahue.

They will be home in minutes para la cena!!

Onto the fotos...recall it was a Che day with no real prowl. Mas fotos mañana.

As I headed to el gimnasio, I spotted Silverio showing off his mango collecting skills.

He has knocked the mango loose and let go of the pole.

Catches the mango.

And the pole never hits the ground!!

And now with Marco's help.

They were like 2 school kids having scored on some treats!!

Buenos noches. Round 1 is under way and due to a quick dinner, clean up and tina time, Bubba will not be heading into the "sleep chamber" until 730pm.

All good with the familia and their trip to the Cluuub...except their refreshing pool was a hot tub. It sits in the sun all day and with some "feels like 42,0" temperatures...ta-da.

Max met a niño with Down's Syndrome and due to the distinctive appearance and the fact that this niño was not a social fella (not into sharing toys), Max told his madre that there was "something wrong" with him.

A perfect teaching opportunity and Max listened to what Bex told him, and then within a second, his mind was off racing somewhere else.

Kind of daunting if you sit back and think about all the things, over time, we will end up talking with Max about.

Having your partner pregnant, you worry about that. Having the niño being born, you worry about that. You see them growing and wonder if they are on track, you worry about that. They get a cold, you worry about that. And now all the questions they ask and the conversations that are coming down the pipe. Exciting times!!

Any who...the familia made it home safe and sound for dinner, Max drank some jugo de limon and made some faces, we ate some oh so yummy quesadillas with the awesome pico and then onto clean up and tina time. And ta-da...the day is almost over.

Mañana...hola hola to miercoles. Nothing extra planned but next week we will be heading down to Mojon to check in on our palapa and hit up Roman's alberca for a dip.

Hasta mañana.

Marco, Bexico y Max
